My Room was not made or cleaned every day. I had to keep calling the front desk to get someone to clean my room and bring me dry towels to bathe. In the elevator area, there was a trash can filled up with garbage and food. No one would clean it up, it was garbage all over the floor for approximately 3 days. My wake up calls were either late or they would not call me at all. Very nice people, generally clean on the first floor, very safe and close to many places.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay. The rooms had lots of space and were clean. The location was good, off the Clearwater beach area (need to drive or use the trolley system. The heated pool was a plus for the kids. The breakfast was also very good each morning. Overall they did a great job.

The front desk staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a great view from 7th floor. Felt safe. Breakfast was great. Very quick drive to beach. Would def stay here again.

The staff are friendly, and professional every single time. Everything is dealt with efficiently, the free breakfast is a great bonus. When I need to stay in the area I don't go anywhere else.

The shower/bathtub was dirty. Asked for some water, told me i could buy some. Nothing complimentary at all like the other Residents Inn. Called and asked about hair spray, she said i could come get but couldn't deliver because had to charge for it. Went down and she charged to room. Was very disappointed in this place

We arrived around 2 am and were greeted by a very pleasant young woman. Great first impression! The facility was very clean, well maintained, with adequate and well lighted parking. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Other than the lobby and hotel in general smelling like heavy weed at night every night, it was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and high level of service. Just not sure why it always smelled like weed every night in the lobby and hallways.

We needed to be in Clearwater for a concert. This was close to the venue with convenient parking. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing especially considering the affordable price. Would stay here again.

We loved our room and the staff there. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a full sized fridge, a two burner stove top, pots and pans, plates, silverware, mixing bowls etc. they thought of all details down to a single packages scrub mommy to wash our dishes with.

We had few issues but the hotel didn't do much to fix even after multiple requests. - the washroom door didn't close properly - the internet/tv had issue - washroom wasn't clean as expected, we stayed in many Residence Inn, this is the worst In addition, the location is bad, even though its labeled as "Downtown"
