We stayed 4 nights. Only had the room cleaned once by our request. They didn’t clean sink or floors. First got into our room - chocolate on the baseboards. This was our 4th time staying at this location.

The beach and pool areas were really just amazing. The beach was exceptionally clean and we were able to rent water sports on the beach in front of the hotel. The pool bar service for drinks and snacks was also nice The outside of the hotel was clean. The main disappointment was our room. While I understand we went there for the beach, our room was not clean. The towels were clean and the bedding was fine. However , there was a good bit of dust and filth on floor and around the bathroom. It seemed as if it had not had a deep cleaning in weeks. The lights were unplugged and the build up of dust and grime when I shifted the night stand to plug them in was bad. There was a dehumidifier in the room that had chunks of mold and dirt dumping out of it when the bucket was full. Which I had to empty within 4 hours of arriving. There was no luggage rack and because of the filth we had to store our suitcase packed up and upright. There is great opportunity for this resort to be amazing. But the room we were given was sadly in disrepair and not to normal standard of clean. We payed nearly $300 a night to stay here and while that is a good price of the area , I feel like the resort fell short. I think they can do better.

Needs renovation clearly they do t have enough staff to clean rooms daily and/pr thoroughly We heard from others the building we wer in was being torn down/sold so clearly it was not maintained. You can tell this was a staffing issue. Pool bars and staff were fantastic though and location is perfect. Resort fees were ridiculous and didn’t include anything

We had an issue with our room. It was supposed to be a family room set up, but the second bedroom was so small and strange. It had a weird window in the door. Went to the front desk and of course I had to pay for an upgrade, but they moved us and put us into, two adjoining rooms and I paid the difference. But from that experience moving forward, I felt great about being at the resort. I almost felt like checking out and going somewhere else, but I stuck with it and now I’m glad that I did the walk ability on the beach , Jimmy B’s coconut Charlie’s and of course Harry’s were all reasonable distance. You could walk by street or beach. We did do some walk around shopping one place to definitely go to would be Jonathan‘s Pass. Good shopping in food for 10 minute Uber ride

This resort is has a laid back vibe. It's big enough so you wont feel crowded. The room we had was quite small, bathroom is outdated.

Good location and priced right but the motel is in need of a remodel. The bathroom was dated. Floors in room were dirty. Air conditioning unit made loud noises and didn’t cool accurately. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

The STAFF was very responsive and helpful. To the Owners: the rooms were very outdated. The sheets were stained. Did not have enough towels when needed. Accommodations and Food was very Good. All staff were very good. Almost felt sorry for the staff thinking that the Owners do not spend enought money to help their own propert and staff

Very dated hotel. I would say it’s more a motel resort. The room had hair on the floor, in the shower and in the refrigerator. Toenail clips on the side of coffee table. The only one thing is the beach is secure and private.

We love this property and the restaurants. The rooms definitely need to be renovated. We had construction abover our room from 8am to 6pm everyday!!! This was our first trip in ten years from our kids. So waking up early was not great. They should have compensated us more than they did, but we still had fun. Great food.

We enjoyed the multiple pools and the little stand that you could borrow beach toys and surfboard type water toys. The resort was pretty decent, but a little bit dirty. The housekeeping was not regular in our rooms. We had a cockroach in our room and lots of teenage boys during spring break that were a little disruptive.

This hotel rarely had towels available for the pool or beach. The room wasn't cleaned and bath towels weren't replenished regularly. Overall, the pool and amenities were nice, but updates are needed to the rooms and the services could be improved.

I thought this place was great! Perfect location on the beach where you can walk to restaurants and shops! We even extended our stay an extra nigh because we were not ready to leave! Beach chairs are a little pricy so not sure if we will rent them again. Chairs fill up quick by the pool so make sure to get out there early! Crab legs were AMAZING at the restaurant next to the hotel! We went 2 nights in a row bc it was so yummy! Restaurants at the hotel were great for lunch and had lots of fun cocktails to try!!! Cabana Fizz was probably my favorite!!!!! We will definitely come back here! Not super fancy but I love being on the beach and not having to drive anywhere!!! Oh …. and the rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable! :)

It’s a motel, not a hotel, really. I would not call this place a resort. Very dated, in need of a major renovation. Not very clean, unfortunately. One plus was that it’s located on the beach. Also enjoyed the pool areas. The food was pretty goid. Some of the restaurant staff wasn’t very friendly. The restaurant described as an upscale is closed. Would not go back there.

Didn’t like the high resort fee and the 25.00 parking fee. They promote the room to be 290 a night for a standard room but don’t tell you about the 42.00 daily resort and parking fees! Now your hotel room after taxes is 375.00 a night! Crazy expensive.

Please do not stay at this resort. Our room was dirty, our bathroom was tiny and had mold and mildew everywhere. The toilet ran all the time. The floors were very dirty. The walls still had streamers on them from a previous stay. Staff didn't seem to care and made it quite difficult once you did complain about something. The whole place seemed very run down. For the price we paid for the room, then the resort fee (which was nonsense) and the parking fee, it was just the worst accommodations. We had a 6 day stay and I finally had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the 5th day because clearly it wasn't going to get done. Everything at this resort is CHEAPLY run. Plenty of other resorts to stay at on St Pete's beach. DONT STAY HERE!!!

When our room was cleaned they left 1 towel for 6 people and did not change any bedsheets. When we asked the front desk to have our sheets changed they only changed 1 bed. The room was never cleaned very well.

Upside, it was on the beach. Downside, the parking spaces were very tight. The website advertises $25 parking fee per day… jokes on me, there’s an additional $40 parking fee per day tacked on when you check in. The room was hardly worth the price I paid. Very outdated, poor lighting & the “ocean view” was from 400 yards away & obstructed by the tops of palm trees. I will not be booking again at the Sirata ever again.

Property is very old, pull out bed in room was unusable. Were not enough towels at the pool or beach, when asked about this staff could not be concerned. Would not recommend when other options are available. The redeeming quality is the location, right on the beach.

Our room wasn’t ready until 7pm and that was after complaining for hours and being put on priority check in. We stayed for one night were refused a late check out so spent a lot of money for a few hour stay. After seeing the room, can’t say I was sad to have a short stay. I’ve seen motels in better condition. Not worth the money not meant for a couple get away. It was loud and disgusting and we will never return. Only thing I enjoyed was the live singer at Rum Runners. He should get a raise for being the one light in a horrible situation

I read some reviews that said this place was not clean but I didn’t have that experience at all, we stayed in the beach view balcony suite and it was perfect! The bathroom came with full sized bottles of high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash, had a separate vanity area with sink and beautiful backlit mirror; bed and pillows were really comfy. The pools were a heated enough that it was comfortable to swim even in March. I liked the fire pits and all the sitting and lounge areas plus Activities on the beach and by the pool. fitness center had more than most hotels offer. We loved it, would definitely come back!!

Location is fantastic, we didnt even need a rental car. Beach access was perfect. Beach chair should be included in resort fees. Dining onsite was convenient but expensive. Harry's closes too early during the week. Resort grounds were very clean. Our patio door was so hard to open it took 2 of us to be able to slide it.

Luisa was wonderful. She did the best she could to accommodate us. We were on vacation with our disabled son and the chair lift for the pool was not working. The room we had was really not ADA. I will see that the beach area is GORGEOUS!

We love staying at the Sirata! Our room had an incredible oceanfront view but it could use some updating just worn out. Resort is lovely and has everything you need for a fantastic family vacation!
