Great LocationPosted Oct 4, 2015
Wonderful place to stay on Treasure Island, near restaurants, shopping, and John's Pass. We went dolphin watching from Hubbards Marina. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful place to stay!!!Posted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Views from the balcony. Also, the grounds are lovely and well kept. Even though the water is a little bit of a walk, it is an easy walk.
Cons: Would really, really like to have a ceiling fan on the balcony. Also, an electrical plug would be nice to have out there.
Location: The location of this property does not seem as crowded as hotels at the other end of Gulf Blvd. It was very quiet and peaceful here.
We have no complaints at all about this place. It was clean and lovely, and the views from the balcony were spectacular. It is nice to stay in a place where all the rooms face the beach. We checked out yesterday, and are already booking a room for October.

Small & DatedPosted Sep 9, 2015
Strict cancellation policy is probably because customers gain access to negative comments after booking. They had a 30 day cancellation policy even though Expedia states 72 hours - 7 days. Small rooms and bathrooms are so small that you have to close the door to use the sink

Condo sur la plagePosted Aug 17, 2015
Situation sur la plage exceptionnelle. Chambre confortable mais immeuble d'un certain âge. Piscine très petite. Un bon 3.5 étoiles.

Great room and beautiful beachPosted Aug 14, 2015
Beautifully decorated, full kitchen, nice bedding. Near John's Pass. Huge expansive view of Treasure Island beach from upper floor veranda. Total thumbs up. Only thing we'd change would be to beef up the water pressure in the shower. Couldn't get the requested early check-in but can't knock that.

Super-Fantastic!Posted Aug 2, 2015
Great condo for a couple or a family with 2 children! Fantastic location and close to restaurants, shops, grocery, etc. The only negative is that it's literally over a100-yard walk to the waters edge. Bring a wagon to carry coolers, chairs and whatever you'll need so you don't have to make multiple trips. Other than that it was wonderful!

Had a not so great experience on current trip, so called Expedia and reserved same day and moved to South Beach Condo Hotel. Karen was beyond wonderful and accommodating to us!. Everything was perfect and made up for the prior experience!

Modern hotel on the beachPosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Location, condition of the condo, amenities. Convenience to St. Pete's art museums and galleries.
Location: The Treasure Island location is convenient to St. Pete Beach, Passa-grille, and St. Petersburg, which offers many art museums and galleries.
Our one-bedroom condo on the beach was comfortable, modern, and complete. The balcony provided a wonderful view of Treasure Island beach. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee pot, toaster, and blender as well as dishes and flatware. The open concept included a dining space large enough that we invited friends to dinner.
