I did not like the way how we were treated, i ask for 2 rooms side by side, because my sister is disabled, we were going to a wedding and I had to help her get ready , room#15 , 27 which was a ways behind #15 so I had to go back and forth, the font desk person said he could not do anything, even though it was in our contract, the rain fell and in front of the doors was flooded, it was a good thing that were not going out at that time,because we could have gotten out. also we found a roach in room #27, will not be going back there.

We apologize that you left with a feeling of not being treated well.
We have researched your situation and found that due to the minimal amount of time between when your reservation was booked and your arrival date, plus the fact that we were nearly booked up, we would not have been able to accommodate your request.
We are very regretful that our staff did not reach out to you at the time of booking to let you know it was not possible to fill the request put on Roxanne's folio. We have addressed this issue with our staff.
We hope you will give us a second chance to serve you better should you return to the Clearwater Beach area in the future.
