We felt unsafe, and the entire property smelled like pot being smoked everywhere and the room was dirtier than we have ever stayed anywhere. And it cost $300 for 1 night when the stay was worth no more than $50

The check in process took forever as they were extremely inefficient. It took 40 mins for 3 parties to get checked in before me with 2 people working at the desk. It was mind boggling. I ended up being late for the show I was in town to see which was a bit frustrating. They did not speak English very well which really slowed things down. There was a clear communication barrier several times and all the parties in front of me were becoming frustrated as well. The bedding (cover and blanket) had cigarette burn holes all over them which was off putting. I saw one roach run out from under the bed (pretty common in FL so could have been worse, I suppose). On the plus side, the 1st floor shower was hot and had good water pressure, and the bed / pillows were comfortable, despite the bedding’s appearances. There was also a Denny’s next door which was convenient. I understand this isn’t the 4 Seasons Hotel, but I set the bar pretty low for this place and it was still quite disappointing overall. I will find somewhere else to stay the next time I’m in St. Petersburg.

This property is in an unsafe area of town. The room had roaches, holes in the wall, filthy tub. No internet either. I left early and asked for a refund. I'm still waiting. Do not stay here!

When we arrived at the hotel the front desk guy barely spoke any English at all, which is fine but not working front desk when you hahe out of towners staying and would like some details. When we walked into the room it was disgusting- I paid almost 200/ night for a mold infested filth! We had no where else to stay or I would have ran out! We had 2 bush crawl across the floor upon arrival! Cracks all over the walls, shower was gross, toilet barely flushed. No coffee maker in room. Dirt and filth eberywhere ya looked. Bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Bed comforter has cigarette holes/ burns in them! I would like to follow up with the owners of the company and report all of this! All pictures lie. This place was not even worth one star. The hotel was run down, smelly, and dirty. The toilet paper holder had ash behind it that was in a non-smoking room. Very disappointed that everything you touched would break and nothing was fixed. Had to sign that we will not damage anything but most things were damaged. There were holes in walls, cracked and peeled bath tubs, as well as dirty sheets. The website said breakfast peovided. The breakfast was terrible coffee and one breakfast bar, which was easily missed because it was so sad. At the end asking for a reciept or statement of the stay was difficult. The receptionist did try hard to help, but it should not have been so difficult. I would never stay here again and I would reccomend others to not even consider it.

We were put in 4 rooms, toilet didn't flush first room, AC made horrible noise in second and didn't work at all in the 3rd. TV didn't work in fourth, but didn't care anymore.

The room was full of roaches and other crawly things. We have been working in the Sarasota area for over 5 months and our regular hotel had no openings. It was so nasty that we slept in our vehicles. Avoid this place at any point. It surprises me that Expedia would offer this place.
