Great location Walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores. Nice access to the Boardwalk. Great Staff. Easy checkin. Great view of the beach and Gulf. The condo was dated but clean. The pool was small but heated.

There’s no sound proof. You can hear everything happening next door. We lived next to two guys who drank until 2 am and they partied in the tiny room. The room is very very small. Do not expect much from this property.

Not worth the money
Rooms were dingy, furniture was old and outdated - looked like it was picked up off the roadside. Not worth the price we paid. Could have stayed in Treasure Island Beach club which was amazing looking for only about $50 more per night Extremely underwhelming.

I truly love this place. However the transformer blew on Sunday night and there was no communication from the business and the tenants. Elevator out until Tuesday. Light's out in pool area . Our furnace was off. No Even checked in on us. Disappointed

The Elevator company unfortunately did not make it out that same day but a notice was posted on the glass by the office with a phone number to call if you needed immediate assistance.

Great view of the gulf. Clean property! The parking spot for our unit was pretty tight but, I just made my husband park haha!

Great spot
It was a great place to stay! Very accommodating. I was in a room without a bathtub and I asked if they could put me and my family in one with a tub. Without hesitation, they switched us into a new room with a tub and a better view at no charge.

There was no fast food restaurants on the island you had to go to the mainland and the walk to the beach was very long it wasn't so bad going there but walking back was a lot of people said that

Super clean. Kitchen had most everything we needed. I did not see a casserole dish, so I bought a disposable one. Plenty of beach umbrellas to use were available, and they even had beach towels if we needed them. We loved the walkway behind the condo that connected us to multiple restaurants and live music venues.

The property was very well kept up and was in the perfect location to walk to may amenities. A sign should be placed to remind people that music played at the pool carries further than they think.

Wonderful place. Staff was amazing, condo was very clean and well kept! Fully furnished with anything you needed, towels, dishes, etc. They even had beach chairs and a umbrella for the beach. Amazing stay!

Lady at front desk was exceptional! Room not so much....fairly clean but smelly! Needs updated badly. For the price I didnt expect dressers from the 70's. Pool and spa was great!!

Awesome hotel

Great location! Few issues with this unit
Excellent location right on the Gulf! Have stayed here before and will again! Parking spot is assigned, but the parking is tight especially for larger vehicles. Mattresses in this unit were lopsided - need replacing. Reported on check-out and slept diagonally while staying there - did get good nights' sleep though. Pillows were very high and hard and didn't compress to a comfortable level. Did find a couple of flatter pillows in the closet which worked for this stay. Did report the pillow discomfort upon check-out.

Family vacation
Very easy booking, checking in or out process. Great location as well! Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Good weather to boot! It was everything I expected! Only issue was with the dryer and it was addressed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place and would consider going back! Thanks for a great time!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Treasure Island and our stay at Surf Beach. The location is amazing, close walk to the beach. Our condo was very clean, and we really enjoyed the view from the patio, with 2 entrances. We also appreciated the patio furniture as well
