I will start with the positives. This hotel has a greatttt location and the exterior/lounge areas are very well kept. All staff that I spoke with was so nice and accommodating. The room I had however needs serious help. The bathroom was so disgusting and I felt dirty while in the shower. There was rust all over the posts in the wall and some on the hand rail. The shower floor was filthy, the bathroom floor was filthy. My AC broke and I was sweating like a hog.

The stay I had at the Exchange Hotel was fantastic! Staff was great, and had a very nice encounter with the manager on site! Definitely planning on coming here again!

The staff here is great they are the nicest. Only complaint was the cleanliness of our room. The box of tissues had someone’s hair on it from where they shaved. There was still some visible dirt on the floor.
