Enjoy just a minutes walk to the white sandy beach of Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach and the blue waters of the Gulf Of Mexico or just a few steps to the Intracoastal Waterway where you have your own private fishing pier, private man-made beach and a delightful common area for some afternoon or evening barbecues and cocktail drinks. You will most likely spot dolphin and/or manatee during you stay here. You can launch your boat or kayak from the private boat ramp.
This condo is among 4 boutique buildings with a total of 16 homes and a heated swimming pool. It is located on the 2nd floor and there is not an elevator. There is a 2-car tan-tum parking space under the building.
Uniquely decorated, enjoy the open space in this beautiful fully equipped kitchen which is open to the great room which looks out onto the balcony with a view of the water. Plenty of seating around the kitchen bar as well as having a fold-out table for dining inside or playing cards or games at night. Great room has very comfortable seating as you watch the wall mounted HD flat screen TV which is mounted above the fireplace. High vaulted ceilings throughout. Washer and dryer located in unit for your convenience. Master bedroom has an adjustable comfort king size bed with plenty of storage. After a long day at the beach, soak in the large jetted tub in the master bathroom and enjoy some peace and quiet. There are dual sinks with plenty of counter top space and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV's. Guest bathroom features tiled bathtub/shower combination. The sofa in main living area also opens into a sofa sleeper. Storage closet under building has your beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler and beach toys.
Indian Sands is conveniently located to an abundance of enjoyable restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, etc.. Bike and boat rentals are available just a few steps from the condo. You can also venture out catch the trolley and take a ride to Madeira Beach. Visit John's Pass where you will have several eateries, shopping, board walking, music and site-seeing of dolphins and several species of birds. Watch the cruise ships, dolphin watching boats, fishing charters come in with their catch of the day, the pirate ship which entertains adults and children and much more. Continue south and head to St. Pete beach where you will find more great places to eat and several hotels with outdoor entertainment.
Another option is to head north to the world famous Clearwater Beach.
