sehr gutes Hotel in optimaler Lage

Cons: Kaffee
Location: sehr zentral, U- Bahn, 3 Minute zu Fuß,Transport zum Flughafen anstatt 70 Euro, 6 Euro
Frühstück das Geld nicht wert. Kaffeequalität sehr niedrig, Empfehlung Kleines Cafe "Mocca" nur 3 Minuten zu laufen.

City centre luxury hotel

Pros: Its comfortable bedroom, its position so close to city centre attractions, its helpful staff. Despite its city centre position, it was quiet.
Cons: The minibar and inclusive breakfast price is very expensive.
Location: Its city centre location means it is close to many of the main tourist attractions, as well as shops, restaurants and cafes.
We arrived to the offer of a welcome glass of "Russian champagne" and helpful, courteous staff. Customer service throughout our five night stay was exceptional. The hotel is in a handsome classical building situated close to the main tourist attractions - eg: Just off Nevsky Prospekt with its many shops and cafes and close to The Russian Museum, the Church on Spilled Blood, The Hermitage Museum, etc.

Fabulous hotel - if a bit pricey on the sundries

Fabulous service - lovely rooms and brilliant location - though air condition in the bedroom was a bit weak. Prices for extras really are too high though. Breakfast and dinner way too expensive and visibly so to other guest too given how empty the dining areas were. The rest is absolutely top class.

市の中心地でデパートや劇場も近い

歴史のあるホテルで素晴らしい!! ルームサービスのアジア料理が大変美味しかった!! 朝食もブッフェですが料理の種類も多くレストランも素晴らしい!! 夕食も食べたかったがフルブックで食べられなかった!!

Good location. Top class hotel.

Pros: Concierge
Cons: Could not control heating system, (too hot) air con noise.
Location: Walk to sights and also very near subway
Good location walking distance to Hermitage etc. Very smart hotel with excellent service but prices to match. Mini bar a joke unless you're on expenses! !

Perfect location elegant hotel

The hotel was exceptional , the staff very friendly and helpful (unusual for Russia) a welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was elegant and well equipped The location was fantastic for all the main attractions, a short walk to the Hermitage, a stroll to the church of the spilled blood. The Azia restaurant was fabulous and great value. The Europe restaurant gorgeous but more pricey. A perfect hotel to see the city from.

Excellent hotel, the best staff ever.

Pros: The staff, the cleaness, the location.
Cons: Maybe the porters could speak a better English.
Location: Nice restaurants, shops, beautiful square, teahters, money change facility.
Dear Sirs, I have to congratulate the staff of the Belmond Europa Hotel in Saint Petersburg. I had during my stay a health problem and the assistance I received from Mrs. Victoria and Mrs. Maria, butlers from the Historic Floor was impecable. My room was 103. My stay was from 18 to 22 May, 2016. The doctors from the staff of the hotel as well.
