Checking in was wonderful, the front desk staff were super nice! They gave me a gorgeous corner room with a balcony overlooking the lake. It is a phenomenally, beautiful hotel in a very convenient spot within St. Petersburg. Don’t hesitate, you’ll only be missing out if you don’t stay at the Hilton Carilon Park !!!
It is too expensive for what the hotel is providing. They are not making the room every day. For 250$ per day, you are expecting a full service. I will not come back.
We liked the location. Everything was at most 15 minutes away by car. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4.
The front desk upon checkin we had a little hiccup. We were supposed to have room with balcony. First young woman we encountered refused to help and said we have to pay additional $30. Wrong! Same price on hotels.com and it’s what we booked! I spent 20 mins chatting with hotels.com only to hear the next woman at desk tell her that this would be no problem or issue to take care of. Unnecessary nonsense. Get better help. No one at any business should refuse to help a customer and go above and beyond. To include getting someone who knows what’s they are doing involved.
Amazing hotel with lots to offer.
Bedbug free environment with clean sheets and bedding minus one pillow case that had a micro stain on it but it wasnt a big deal. Yes I checked thoroughly for bed bugs and this room passed my exam.
Room was perfect, staff was perfect, used the pool and hot tub perfect- only issue was fire ants on pool deck near hot tub. They just need to put down granulars to rid the ants in pool area.
Housekeeping is NOISY. Spa was closed. Room smelled like cooking oil. My expensive steak dinner was delivered with plasticware. You need a car. Food- very good, bar- excellent, view and grounds- very nice.
