Welcome to Reynoso Retreat! This stunning, modern 3 bed, 3.5 bath home sleeps up to 10 people and is conveniently located to all you need on your quest to paradise on St. Simons Island. Looking for a little R&R? We're only 1.8 miles from Redfern Village, 2 miles from Sea Palms golf course and 3.5 miles to the most popular beaches - King & Prince, East Beach and Coast Guard, so you will never be bored when you vacation at Reynoso Retreat! Walk in and instantly feel at home with a spacious open floor plan, a pristine and well-equipped kitchen with a large island and beautiful dining table. The main floor has a .5 bath, laundry room and spacious master suite. The master en-suite bathroom boasts a custom-tiled shower with regular and rainfall shower heads, double vanities and a large walk-in closet. Two upstairs bedrooms each contain queen beds, a rollaway twin cot, walk-in closet and custom-tiled en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combo. You will also find a pull out sofa in the upstairs common area to accommodate additional sleeping space. MAX 10 people including the 2 twin roll away cots. Sit back and rock with your morning coffee on the front porch, shoot some hoops in the driveway or head out back to a spacious backyard with privacy fencing and plenty of seating to make life-long memories with friends and family! Also, in our opinion, you haven't truly experienced the charm of SSI until you take a leisurely bike ride under the moss covered oaks, and this home is convenient to the best bike paths! The renovation on this home was done very nicely .... light, open, modern bathrooms and kitchen. Washer & dryer were new and top of the line. Everything was done with quality and ease of use in mind. Everyone loved the house. The beds were large, beautiful, but the mattresses were not comfortable for all ... might be a personal preference. That was the only complaint. Otherwise, the home exceeded our every expectation and need. Don't forget to bring shampoo and shower products ... not included. Conveniently located to shops, grocery stores, historical sights. Sidewalks everywhere made it easy to ride bikes. Probably best to visit during Spring, Fall or Winter months ... June/July can be very hot, humid, and buggy. We have rented numerous VRBO‘s over the years and this was our favorite. You walk into a very open and large kitchen and living room. You then go back to a large master suite with spacious laundry room Between. You then have an upstairs with bedrooms. Parking was good. Front porch was spacious. Kitchen countertops were spacious.
