The balcony has amazing views and is a wonderful place for morning coffee! The property is clean and comfortable. Our host picked up at the ferry, which was most appreciated. There are steep steps up to the place, but 0.6 mile walk to town is mostly flat. Great place to stay on St. John.

The view from the condo is fantastic. The beds were comfy and the kitchen has all required appliances. Highly recommend renting a car as cabs are not reliable and walking to and from will be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The water pressure is terrible and the number 1 issue. Guests should not be asked to take out and dump trash during their stay.

Lovely Villa near Cruz Bay
This little slice of paradise was the perfect abode for our island stay. The condo was cool at night, had views of the ocean, and just steps away from restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

Wonderful Stay!
A great property! Highly recommend. Glad we had someone to meet us and show us the best way to get to the property. Washer/dryer was a plus! Definitely a local vibe in the neighborhood. The hills on St John and Cruz Bay are no joke but manageable. We walked to restaurants in town and/or to the local grocery store every evening.

Lady’s Trip
Check-in was the most personal of ANY place I’ve ever stayed, with personal communication, as well as someone meeting you at the ferry to show you the way to the condo. (If you’re driving those insane St John hills, ALWAYS come/go the way they show you…the other way in/out is so steep, it is scary to drive or walk!) The condo is definitely a little trek with the steps and steep hills, but we are in our mid 40’s & it didn’t bother us. There were multiple sized coolers & beach equipment provided. The closest beach is a bit of a drive, but there’s actually water close by, which makes for amazing pics (see my FB backdrop-that’s at the bottom of the hill from the condo-1 block away!) and the bay views from the condo are breathtaking. We walked to town several times & I would recommend others do the same early in the trip to become acclimated to the streets, as St John doesn’t mark streets much, at all-other than the 2 main “highways” that run through the island. Staying here vs a resort definitely gives you more of a mix between vacation vibes and local life, but that’s what we prefer on our trips. The condo is beautiful, extremely clean, with cold AC & a nice sized space for a small group to share. We had 3 adults, but it definitely could accommodate up to 6 if needed. (1 shared bathroom) the hosts/owners were absolutely amazing, and not only met us at the ferry upon arrival, but also came at 9:30 pm the very next night to immediately address a minor issue with the condo (the lock batteries died, not their fault-it happens, but they got out of bed & immediately came & fixed it for us). I’d recommend this place to stay again!

Quiet hilltop views
This apartment was great! Very comfortable for 3 adults, beds were great, AC was strong, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. it is definitely walkable to town, if you're equipped to handle some pretty steep hills. Same goes for cars - not 100% necessary, but if you do rent a car, go for a 4-wheel drive. I rented a sedan out of St. Thomas and could barely make it out of the neighborhood this unit is located in because the hills are so steep. But! Worth it for the views of Cruz Bay!

Kelley and BJ were very helpful with any needs we had. The condo is very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are fantastic!
