I have stayed here twice and it has never disappointed me. This is definitely the condo you want to rent is very safe. Staff is amazing clean the pool. Stay open really late for the kids. I love it.

We had a GREAT TIME! Our room was very clean and as advertised! We would definitely stay here again! There were very little restaurants around the area, we had to go across the island to find things open after 5pm.

This is my second time visiting ST.THOMAS & my second time staying at Blue Beards Castle… the only thing missing from this place is the beach other than that it’s perfect!!!

Property is in excellent condition but the service is terrible. They basically ignore you, to get someone to help you is a challenge. The waiter in the morning service at the restaurant was super rude we left after waiting 30 minutes. Terrible service at checkin too.

We definitely plan to come back. Wasn’t over crowded. We had a wonderful time and it was extremely relaxing. Our room was very nice. And updated. Good drinks and food was tasty.

The room was clean. Unfortunately, it is VERY easy to hear your neighbors. I was surprised to see the pool deck was filthy everyday with dirt. Despite there being a “no music” sign at the pool, several people played loud music. I am not sure why the rule was not enforced.

Property and rooms where good. Great view from our room. I had an issue getting clean towels on my third day of my stay. I followed their instruction to put dirty towels in provided bag. Call the front desk to tell them my towels where outside and needed nee ones. Came back from my day at the beach to find the same dirty towels still there. Called the front desk to let them know we still needed towels. He called back and said housekeeping brought new towels already. I informed him that the same dirty towels were still there from earlier. He insisted new towels were brought already. There was a back and forth between us I just ended up walking to the front desk. He still was insisting towel were brought I informed him once again the dirty towels where still out front of my door. I told him housekeeping was giving him incorrect information. Final the lady working beside him at the desk told me she would get me towels. She did bring a few towels but not what was suppose to be brought as the previous day. The next day when I was leaving the room the same dirty towels were still sitting there in the bag on ground outside my door. It was just a big hassle and when ended up missing our dinner reservation as well. Also I had read other reviews saying if you book with expedia they would put you on the first floor. Which is what happened to us too. Just weird issues to deal with and wouldnt stay there again.

The facility is very nice. Room was great and had a wonderful view. And there's an amazing view from the pool area. I don't know if they have any rooms with 2 beds though- so limiting if travelling with a family. There's a bed and a pull out couch. I emailed the property through expedia about 10 days prior to arrival and never heard back. The front desk staff were generally pretty grumpy. It is not a particularly walkable area at all- so lots of taxi rides - but I think that is the norm for the island and not unique to this facility.

Cool historic vibes and amazing views. Room was very nice especially for the price. My floor was fairly dirty but the rest of the suite was impeccable. I highly recommend bringing your swimsuit and sunscreen in your carry on bag as the afternoon is very hot and the vast majority of people cannot get into their room until 4 to allow for room turnover. Food is good and the bartenders excellent! Do not think you will be able to walk anywhere even though it is very close to town. There is a stretch of about 200 yards along the way with no sidewalk and it is on a narrow curve—my husband did the walk and had to glue himself to the stone wall at one point to avoid being hit. That said, Taxis will usually be there within minutes of the very helpful bellmen calling for them. (Shout out to Tevin who is great!!) I also recommend hitting up the local bars/eateries in the area including Leatherbacks Brewery and the Smoking Rooster. I had a great stay and will be back!! 🏝️

Hotel staff were very nice but in a word “lazy” Advertised with a resturant, coffe shop, convience store and bar and grill. Coffee shop and store were combined very small and no place to set Resturant and bar were not owned by the hotel, however food was good service slow food expenditure expected to be ? Location of bluebeards was not good. Taxi everywhere. Suggest take a cruise to the island!

Everything was amazing, the only negative was portions of the hotel still ruined from the hurricane were pretty noticeable and being up the hill made it tricky to get a taxi sometimes.

This was one of the nicest places I've stayed at. Great food, great service. My only complaint is the sign to the place was just on one side of the drive and a complex on the other. Took me 8hrs to find it because of the placement of sign. Passed it 5 times only the wrong direction

This hotel was great but just a few things. Staff not to friendly one word answers when you ask a question. Checkin tooooo late (4pm) room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm. Check out toooo early at 10am & if you’re late it’s a $75 charge Wow!!! Again! Great hotel overall!!

When I checked in the front desk girl gave me a room where someone else was already in it taking a shower. I went back and told me I was getting one night refunded back and until now I have not heard from anyone and I’m still waiting on my might refund. So terrible

I loved staying here. It was very quiet compared to being downtown & the views were amazing. The staff was very accommodating & helpful. It’s not a far walk but it is a very steep hill so I never walked down into town but it was close enough that you could if you wanted to. Taxi’s were reasonably priced & the hotel will call one for you if you can’t get up with one which is super helpful.

There are roosters all over the property that start roosting at 3:30 in the morning. Front desk says there's nothing they can do about it and it very frustrating. Can't get a good nights sleep.
