Beautiful and relaxing
Xaverie was excellent with communicating about the condo and things to do in St. Thomas. Condo was clean with beautiful views of Smith Bay. It was well stocked with basic food items. Walking distance to Margheritaville and Coki Beach, our favorite. Point pleasant resort is beautiful with its 3 pools, small beach and nature trail.

Perfect home away from home
After some last minute charges to my itinerary, I was pleasantly surprised by this unit I booked a week before my arrival. Location was wonderful and felt very safe for a single woman traveling alone. The terrace view was incredible! Would definitely book this unit again.

Amazing View
Amazing views as you step out on to your private patio. The one bedroom apartment has everything you need for your visit and was very clean. We ate at both on site restaurants and took a walk over to Margaritaville and Coki beach. We had a car and we’re able to go to the grocery store for breakfast and lunch items. You can rent a cooler from the resort lobby to take items for your day trips. Would definitely come back.

Endless views!
My wife and I booked this trip to the USVI to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and this trip was nothing short of spectacular! The host, Xaverie, was a pleasure to work with and she is remarkably responsive to all of our questions. She provided great directions (using easy to spot landmarks, since road names in the USVI seem to be optional) to get from the airport to the condo. When we arrived the condo was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and they even left some special “welcome treats” in the refrigerator for us! The condo was clean and well appointed, and had most of the necessities for spending time at the many lovely beaches (although a small cooler and some ice packs would have been handy). They left a list of the most popular stores, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities, many of which we took advantage of. The condo is located at the east end of St. Thomas, but is an easy drive to Red Hook, many beaches, shops, bars, etc. Point Pleasant Resort is a scenic 15 acre property built into the side of a hill overlooking Water Bay. The staff were very helpful when we had questions or needed to hail a taxi or book an excursion. The grounds were well maintained and featured three separate pools and two fantastic restaurants. Bring your walking shoes because nothing is flat in the USVI; you’re going to do a lot of climbing stairways to get around the resort - but it’s totally worth it! We’re already checking the calendar to see when we can go back!

We found Paradise!
Gorgeous place and property! We enjoyed our time on our wrap around balcony. The views were unreal. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The owners were so easy to talk to and gave us so many helpful tips for our travel and stay. Make sure you read the guest book for additional suggestions. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Amazing getaway in ST. Thomas
The property was just as described! The view was amazing! We really enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the patio. The property manager was super helpful especially when the power went out. Not a fault of the owner. There were only 2 things I wish were different, one) the screens on the doors weren’t functional so we couldn’t keep the doors open to listen to the ocean breeze at night and because of the that the house at times had a mildewy smell because we didn’t keep the air on. But we will be back for sure!

Very Relaxing
Enjoyed the villa. Great views from the inside and large balcony. We spent most evenings on the balcony enjoying the view. We enjoyed the overall property too winding through the hillside amongst all the trees. The Shoreline Restaurant is a must. Low key, great service and food. Seeing the tarpons from your table at the water’s edge was a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked into the unit we could see and smell how clean it was. This was so important to us. The unit was lovely...exactly as it is pictured. The view was amazing from anywhere in the unit. Loved the large balcony. Great communication with the owners. I really appreciate the detailed information they emailed me as well as all of the suggestions like where to eat, the activities to do, and beaches to visit. Thank you for everything! We'll be back!

First time on Saint Thomas and loved it!
We had a great stay in this condo at (Sea to Believe) on the Terrace at Point Pleasant Resort. The condo, furnishing, decorations, patio and views all matched the writeup on the site. We were not disappointed and very comfortable. We had everything in the condo that we needed for a relaxing stay. Xaverie did an excellent job communicating with us before during and after our stay. Point Pleasant Resort is very nice and really well located on the east side of the island with very easy access to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. There are some great restaurants in Red Hook. Be sure to try Agave Tequila Bar & Mexican Kitchen, Pesce iTALiAN and Hook'd USVI. All three have excellent food. There are so many great things to do on the island. Get out there and enjoy all the beaches (there is an awesome little private peach at Point Pleasant Resort...ben sure to check it out). Megan's Bay is a must see/visit and Honeymoon Beach on St. John is amazing. We snorkeled at both beaches and loved the experience. Take the ferry (car or people...we did both) to St. John and be sure to eat at one of the restaurants in Cruz Bay. Finally, we decided to sign up for a three hour kayak, hiking and snorkeling tour with Virgin Islands Ecotours. It was a wonderful and we highly recommend it.

We stayed at this property for a 3 day period. On our arrival it was raining and we were dropped in front of the condo B29 owner Eddy Perez's property walkway and my partner who has excellent balance and was wearing new running shoes, slipped on the painted tile coming off the paved road, landing on his back. This totally spoiled our vacation which was short to begin with. This was at no fault of our own and after back and forth with both the property owner and the resort management both took no accountability for the incident and offered no compensation or to return at another time on the house. Would never return here again.

We appreciate you choosing our property for your stay. We regret that your partner slipped on the pavement by the parking area. We quickly responded to your slipping incident and had offered to provide assistance and to contact medical services for your partner's slip. Fortunately, according to your partner, it was not severe enough to warrant any medical attention and declined the offer. Point Pleasant is on the side of the hill with many uneven areas, which is why there are many posted signs of watch your step and anti-slip tape throughout the resort. The resort has also done an amazing job is lighting the parking area through the property grounds. We always make every effort to accommodate every guest, as reflected in all our previous reviews. Hoping you guys return to beautiful St. Thomas in the future.

Amazing views and location!
I stayed a week in this unit and absolutely loved the condo and views! Point Pleasant is an amazing resort and I have stayed there several times in different condos. This condo has been my favorite thus far. Easy walk to Shoreline and the bottom pool, Sugar beach and Margaritaville. Having beach towels provided was a plus! I had a massage therapist, Jim Quetel, set up a private massage on the spacious patio and highly recommend him! I will definitely be back to stay!

Wonderful Christmas Escape
From the first informational email to the final text from the property manager, the rental was accurate, helpful and all-around wonderful! Despite the hilly roads and driveway for those renting, the views are spectacular, condo clean, cool, well-maintained and convenient to excellent dining (3 Palms and Sunset Grille), the St John ferry and Magens Bay. Decent downstairs grill, three pools with a view and a longish walk to fun, local Coki Beach. No complaints and easy rental!

Great trip!
Point pleasant was a quite beautiful and quaint little resort. The resort restaurant, the Mirador had a gorgeous view, some pretty aweSome one man entertainment, delicious drinks but the food was just okay. We had the $130 steak- save your money. We loved our private time at Sugar Beach🏝❤️ ☀️ It was nice to be in walking distance of margarittaville. Red Hook was fairly close too.

The View is EVERYTHING
We had a great time at this property. My Husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was the prefect hideaway. The views and apartment were as advertised and we were close to everything! The only complaints we had was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room smelled like basement. I imagine from the air conditioning or something. We went to the nearby Walgreens and got some plug-ins and that took care of the smell, but the bed was a disappointment. The communication was top notch and they were always timely and accommodating. All the other guest kept commenting on how we had the best spot in the resort lol. Definitely worth the money :).

The place was amazing. The property had amazing views (waking up to the sunrise was lovely), and it had everything (beach towels, kitchen utensils, AC, nice shower with great pressure, etc.) that you could ask for. The wrap around balcony was a great place to relax and drink coffee in the morning and rum at night. The host was responsive and provided us with directions to the place, tips, and a list of things to hit up during our stay. Margaritaville was next door, and there was a very funky seaweed odor there in the restaurant, but we couldn’t smell any of it in our resort. I highly recommend this property.

This was mine and my husbands first time visiting st.Thomas outside of a cruise. This location was perfect and the room was beautiful. We loved the welcome gifts and the bottle of rum. Eddy was very informative and told everything we needed to know. We took a lot of the advice given and went to some amazing places. Only thing I would suggest to them is a better mattress for the bed. It felt like I was sleeping on a pull out couch mattress. However that will not stop me from staying here again. We are already planning spring break and bringing our son. Highly recommend this property.

The condo was fantastic !!! Just like the pictures and the view was great. Large patio and lots of room. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning watching the pelicans dive for fish. I would recommend this unit for your stay. Very convenient !!

Best bang for your buck on the island!!
I can’t say enough great things about this place! It was perfectly located in St Thomas and accessible to so many places! The little restaurant and bar in the resort (Shoreline) is adorable and convenient, and delicious! The air conditioning was the best I’ve ever ever had; it even got too cold one night! :) And Margaritaville next door was a blast. As always, the pictures never do it justice. This place is a must see!!! Eddy was so helpful and very responsive throughout the experience. We will definitely be coming back here in the future! Thank you Eddy and St Thomas for an unforgettable weekend!

We wish we could have been there longer. We missed a day due to a mechanical issue on our flight out. Very nice place. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. He was coming to do some upgrades after we left. Will definitely stay here again!

And that is what really matters. But I will admit that the hardest part is leaving! I recently returned myself and updated the unit as well as prepared it for the new flooring that will be installed in September. I am very excited about this upcoming renovation project. I was very hopeful that I would enjoy my stay and I did for the most part. The location is perfect. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The security and safety of staying on this property is great. Now here is where it went wrong for me: The day I checked in, there was no electricity. Not knowing that this was an island wide outage I contacted the owner by cell phone (text) . It’s the same phone number that I’ve used to contact the owner prior to my checking. No response. A day later I sent him another inquiry about the microwave. There was two microwaves and neither one seem to be working properly. No response. I checked out and still have not heard back from the owner. Not a good feeling. Another thing that I noticed was that there are cosmetic things that can be done to this unit (maintenance wise) that would be very easy to fix and they are not done. The picture seem old and for under $200 the owner can fix everything. The unit came equipped with a beach umbrella and three chairs; none of which are operable. My contract did not specify that these would be included in the rental. But if they are in the rental for renters to use, they should work. Either buy new ones or remove them since no one can use them. The last think is cleaning, I walked in and found roach legs in the chair and a dead bug that did not seem like a new death :-( I know that somewhere tropical would have bugs but someone should check the unit just before a new renter comes in.

Inexplicably, I never received any of your concerns by email and or by VRBO. Rest assured, that I would have addressed your concerns if I had known. I have informed the cleaning staff about bugs and the apartment is sprayed/fumigated every month. However, I will be the first to admit that critters will get in from time to time no matter how much we spray. Its the downside of living in a tropical paradise. The beach chairs you mentioned have been replaced. Thanks again for your review and I wish you all the best,
