Very good stay overall. The studio rooms are pretty comfortable and the view is breathtaking. Strongly recommended for budget travelers . Nothing fancy but comfy enough.

Great place to stay
Very nice grouping of single suites. Great for family or couple. Very cool environment on the side of the hill. Kids loved the bridges between the rooms.

They are still in rebuilding mode following the hurricanes in 2017 and the covid crisis that affected the local economy very hard, but the facility was beautiful, rooms really nice, clean and staff friendly. Internet did not work

Th staff was exceptional!!!! I enjoyed my to day stay in the ocean view Villa. However, I have 2 complaints, under the entrance or main door there was a visible gap. One night While I was sitting on the couch talking to my husband, I saw a mice run under the door and into the kitchen. I was terrified that the mice would crawl on me when I was sleeping so we kept the lights on. Secondly we shucked the door with a sheet so that another rodent would not enter. Also, there is no visible security so I did not feel safe to have no type of window treatment. I kept feeling like someone could view us as we slept. AlthoughI loved the view, I wish I had the option to close some blinds at night.

The location is unmatched. Views overlooking Salt Pond Bay from your deck or from the pool are majestic. If only their restaurant was up and running again.

The property itself was beautiful. It is on the side of a mountain facing the ocean. The customer service sucked and the water did not work.

Concordia is rebuilding after the two hurricanes from 2017-2018. There is ongoing construction but it is not too noisy. The tents don't have heating or AC but the climate is so wonderful that they are not required. I suggest that you bring PJs and a medium blanket if you get too cool when sleeping. The roads are drivable even without a Jeep. Our Kia Forte from Avis was fine. The is a hot plate for preparing breakfast and a fridge to keep food cool. Overall, Concordia is a fabulous value for staying on St. John. We loved it!!!
