reasonable place and would stay there again if I returned

The Hotel was spacious and in a quiet location on the island with a courtesy car to Clifton when required. It was situated on a sandy beach overlooking a stunning bay. There was a restaurant serving adequate food - but we were turned off by our first meal of fish that was over-cooked and dry and breakfast that consisted of fruit, toast and coffee for a huge price per person and decided to find our own each day. We are particularly concerned with the state of the beach which had large pieces of glass and other debris washing up on it, and although the hotel were taking action to clear this it was always necessary to swim in beach shoes and take special care with young children using it. Furthermore the facilities provided for kayaking were tired and worn out and this might be the case for other things provided, and would hope that the new owners will pour money into the whole hotel as the staff were friendly and upbeat but seemed to be coping with out dated facilities and were waiting for their new owner to take control, and would probably pull together to make this a good hotel if the right improvements were made. I would stay at the hotel again as its wonderfully situated in the Southern Grenadines to provide easy and affordable access to most of the other islands and is not within Clifton (the noisy, bustling and rougher part of the island) where most of the hotels are built.
