Tolles Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Insbesondere die Suiten sind ideal für Paare auf Hochzeitsreise (eigener Pool am Strand). Vom normalen Leben auf der Insel relativ abgeschottet.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!Posted Nov 19, 2015
From arrival to departure this place was a living nightmare. Yes the pictures looked great on Expedia and the promise of all inclusive seemed enticing enough. From excitement to despair commenced as soon as we reached the front gate by taxi. You cannot even get dropped off at reception as there is a long walk over a bridge. I feel sorry for the aged or those slightly incapable. We arrived 3 hours early at 11am before check in commenced at 2pm. In all of my 130 countries I have visited in my entire life I have never been told that I must wait three hours to access to my room. Yes 3 hours!! We were told by my check in clerk to sit and enjoy the facilities whilst they got the room ready. On most occasions in previous countries you are granted access upon arrival if not shortly thereafter. Not here I was told they were fully booked. That was not the case as I checked the websites and there was plenty of availability in all room classes. The place looked half empty as well. I also ask for a meeting with the reservations manager and she blatantly lied to my face. So we sat in the searing heat without any offer of refreshments . We finally got our room keys at 2.10pm. At approx 4pm we went to the bar and were told we had to pay for our drinks. Only water was inclusive after being told everything except bottled wine was included. So we had to sort this drama out again. The rooms are full of mosquitos and living rooms have no a/C. Management really has to go. Staff need training.

Okay vacationPosted Oct 28, 2015
The resort is beautiful and the facilities are clean. Food was average, noting to wow yourself about. Overall there are too many plants around each villa and walkway, almost felt like you are in the jungle. Cleanliness at villas are not up to mark. Toilet overflows, plunge pool leaks alot and frogs enjoying it before you have a chance to do so yourself. HQ has the worst coffee ever and most of the pastries are stale and the place is unwelcoming. Safran restaurant is the worst, the waitress there are rude and the food can get you sick. At Jacks restaurant the food is just bland. Bay was the best so far, but noting much to talk about. The drinks are terrible and I experience the bartender at Bay lying about having Baileys and hiding the bottle after my drink. The resort is beautiful, but the food, drinks, cleanliness of villas and plunge pool would not bring me back to the BB.

My 5 nights in heavenPosted Oct 22, 2015
Pros: The room was great the plunge pool was the best most of our time was spent there
Cons: Well your toilet tissue was rough, and the night life was dull
Location: Transport was a bit of a problem so we spent our time at the resort (not a complain)
Well as soon as we walked in we met Lorniel at the front desk she was just perfect in every way tool us to our room and explained everything to us beautifully for her A++++++++ The room was always clean the staff very friendly, the meals were great drinks top of the line and the staff at Jack's very the best especially Kenneth,Rosalie,Curlenia,Kerron & Zenja they were just great always with a smile and at HQ we had Kim who was just great. The experience was great

Cons: Staff need training to treat all guests as just that; guests...no matter what race or nationality you hold.
Location: There was nothing exciting to do nearby... Would recommend jet skiing... And more up beat entertainment.
If you are a Caribbean national, you may not get the best treatment by the staff there. When we got to the hotel and went to the bar, the bartender severed all the Caucasian guests before us; even those who came after... when we asked if we were invisible, he said he did not see us there...really?? The staff at the Jacks restaurant were nice though... Front Office is a bit unreliable with requests...seems like you have to beg for everything...until you just stop asking. Breakfast at the Bay needs some variety...after 3 days, I was already tired of the same breakfast options...but other than that everything else was OK.

A brief visit to St VincentPosted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: I enjoyed the pool area the most. The bay(s) were calm and ideal to kayak around. The nightly entertainment is certainly worth taking in. Ample gym
Cons: A bit costly taxi fares. More bicycles required. Serve local food (soups and that breadfruit)
Location: The main things to do here surrounds water activities - Snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat rides and the bathing in the clean sparkling waters.
Friendly people! The resort was simple and very relaxing with cool breezes over a bright bay. Loved the ocean view pools and the general layout of the resort. A cute coffee shop and decent restaurants. I did not visit the spa but from all indications it appeared to be professional and worth a try. As an avid football fan and player I appreciated the focus on the rel football game. The astro-turf was good enough size for their friendly staff/visitor game.

Pros: LOVED the staff. Excellent customer service. Loved having room service twice a day. Excellent at food at Jack's restaurant!!
Cons: It was difficult to get change for larger bills to tip staff.
We had a great time at Buccament Bay on our honeymoon. Great staff, nice beach location. Great food as well. Only thing is that alcohol is only served from 12 noon to midnight. It was a very relaxing trip and we would recommend this resort to couples wanting a quiet getaway. Not really the place to be if you're looking to party it up big. Getting to and from town isn't that easy (30 min drive on hilly terrain.) Would cost $50 US return in a taxi or if you're as adventurous as we were $3 return on a minibus. But overall, great experience here and would definitely recommend to others!

Really really nice. I must must must go back.Posted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Very pleasant staff at Reception and at The Bay Beach Club. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there so we had to opportunity to meet different staff
Cons: There is a serious mosquito problem at the hotel even in the bedroom and the air condition didn't seem to work as it should so it was very warm
We only spent 1 night at the hotel but it was enough time to experience most of the resort. We checked in at 10am and checked out the following day at 12 noon. We wanted to do some shopping at the store close to the infinity pool but it was closed throughout the time that we stayed there. The staff at The Bay Beach Club are so really nice and friendly and can even mix fancy cocktails. You must try the BUSH WACHKER.....it's heavenly. The resort is also very well maintained; not an easy task for a resort of that size. We also commented that the staff were always very busy cleaning up, setting up, bringing fresh drinks before you even realized your drink was completed. Really top of the line service; second to none. The best part of the trip was that we were upgraded when we checked in.....that was the best part of the experience actually. We also went Kyaking (although we can't swim) but the guys at the booth on the beach were really very helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one; they took us out to the Bat Cave.
