I booked through Expedia for 3 nights the NH Düsseldorf Konigalee , and was confirmed in USD.
Upon checking out I was told rates our quoted in Euros even when my credit card had US currency.
I requested tween room (2 beds).in fact there were 2 beds connected like double bed .
I missed coffee maker in my room which is standard nowadays.
The staff is polite and welcoming.
Hotel location is central and near public transportation.

Pillows had no internal stuffing were like rags, shower was cold no hot water. Breakfast was like an out of stock shop. Room was hot from a radiator with no control had to have window open as AC cooling was off. Loud outside window. Left a day earlier than I paid for.

Stay at this hotel frequently. Very comfortable.
Disappointed this time as WiFi was not available in my room upon arrival and was still not fixed 5 days later.
Staff seemed unconcerned about this

The room smelt of sweat and I asked for a room change. The really friendly and helpful receptionist offered me 2 other rooms but they both had no working a/c. So I had to revert back to the original smelly room which was no comfortable

The available accomodation was a single room with a small bed for my wife and I , although it was booked three months in advance.

Hotel in excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, room warm with no air conditioning but temperatures outside were very high at 34 degree's, a fan was supplied which did help. Breakfast was wonderful. We would use this hotel again when in Dusseldorf
