The personal was very helpful. The noise from closing doors in the corridor was really loud... Maybe something can be done to reduce that...

Nice hotel closed to down town

Decent hotel in a good location

Friendly staff, small but perfectly fine room. Good shower. Only had one pillow each which was a bit soft and very few English speaking TV channels, but those are minor faults in a reasonable stay.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff. Stayed for two days and had two good nights sleep.

Dated and depressing hotel. NOT 4 stars.

Pros: N/A
Cons: Demolish it and start over.
The hotel is extremely dated and needs refurbishing very badly. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the AC unit didn't really work, the towels were like sandpaper. The bathroom smelled like mold or mildew. There were burn marks on the curtains and shower curtain. Really, the list goes on. I will never stay at this property ever again. The place is old, dirty and smelly. Avoid it!

Nice hotel and very helpful staff

Pros: Clean and helpful staff
Cons: More comfortable seating in the reception area
Location: Friendly bar with good music less than 5 minutes walk called Studio 1and with plenty of restaurants close by
Good location,about 20 minutes walk from the river and the old town. Taxi's are a bit expensive. Close to shopping centre

The worst ever stay in my life !!!

In 20 years of traveling I have never seen such a bad service from front desk to the manager. I was at the food show of Anuga in Germany and the last day of my check out I came back late due to the train delay for my checkout so they went into my room took all my stuff from the room, throw them into a bag, and throw everything in my suitcase - my 700 dollars suits is now damaged and few shirts at more than 200 dollars each had toothpaste and cream on the shirt..... And am missing money that I had in my bag...... And they gave the room to another guest !! Instead of charging me an extra late check out, they violate my privacy, this is illegal !! I need a refund of the hotel room, missing money, damage suits and shirt !! In 20 years of traveling I have never seen that in my life !’

The hotel was fully booked due to the fair and we did not have any information from you about a late checkout or any means of contacting you. OK for basic budget - awful wifi

Rooms - clean modern, OK beds, good desk space to work. WiFi - appalling !!!! Seperate code needed for each device, hard to connect too and signal dropping out all the time. Was not good enough to allow me to work, which was poor as I was traveling for business. I complained at reception as was just told they would make a note of it. Breakfast was OK. No option of dinner at this hotel. Not really sure it can be called a 4* place, def more like basic budget 3*
