The armchair in room 101 was filthy_stains on the seat and horrible dark greasy marks onboth arms...I would not sit on it..never...This is terrible for a worldwide hotel chain!....also 101 is a disabled room..it was ok i guess but i would have prefered a normal room/bathroom.when i queried this at the desk the staff mrmber just said"oh well its just how the rooms are allocated"_,,not exactly a full explanation!!
