Not typical LaQuinta but more like Cheap Motel

Unwelcoming front desk, dirty carpets, bathroom needing cleaning and remodeling. Just not clean.

Diappointment

I was very surprised of the many things wrong with the stay at a La Quinta facility. The Room given was semi clean since we found several things that surely belonged to previous guests. There was some uninvited guests of insect nature in addition when we returned from an event the following day the rooms were not cleaned and housekeeping never came by. Spoke to front office and they tried getting someone to clean the room, also notified them of the uninvited guests. They sloppily cleaned the room. In addition to all that the elevator was so old you could hear it creak and it was slow, we often hoped we would not get stuck inside. It was a very dissappointing stay.

It's an okay to stay for concerts

The room smelled like the carpet had water left out to soak for a while along with a funky refrigerator smell. The A/C system wasn't that great and had to leave the room for the minority of our stay until the night when it was actually cooling down. Other than the smell it was an okay visit but would only use as a last resort.

This hotel needs work. My room had windows that leaked water every morning . They are well aware of it. The maid put a towel over the sill where water dropped every morning at 6 AM. The dresser drawers had such a stench of mildew I kept my clothes in my suitcase. All this put my allergies into overdrive. I will not be staying here again.
