Good hotel, nice and quiet at night.

Pros: It was clean and quiet at night considering it was close to a major shopping center.
Cons: Front desk person could make sure that they give out the WiFi password when people check into the hotel.
Location: Great location. It's right behind a major shopping center with lots of stores and restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet at night. It's a copy of the Residence Inn but everything is smaller from the lobby to the room itself. I didn't get directions on using the Wi-Fi so I couldn't connect. I could have called the front desk to get the password but I didn't take the time. I just used by AT&T unlimited data plan to access the internet.

Nice hotel and close to food places. Breakfast is very good. Plus, evening reception Monday to Wed is very good too.

It was nice. I was just not to happy with the service from the staff. When I first arrived the employees where not welcoming nor greetable. I will not stay here again.

Clean place but needs some attention

Front desk person was not friendly. Hotel needs some maintenance work. Hotel personnel smoked at the entrance which is not professional.

BED BUGS!

I booked a suite for my sons 7th birthday! Everything was great until I got one up to see bed bugs on my pillow!!! With all the things and food we brought there I was terrified to take anything home for fear I might take home bed bugs as well! I left the food, cake and extra blanket we brought! Terrifying! Never again!
