I must say a special thank you to Toby who greet us on our stay. He was very attentive throughout the property. I do not have any complaint still up to its name. I must add breakfast as it is included was very delicious. Lovely warm very high Satisfaction

The food for breakfast was cold , greasy looking and totally un appealing, i spent money elsewhere when breakfast was included . Paying for a car park when your staying at the hotel isnt usual either.

Lovely stay
Stayed here to break a long drive on Christmas Evening - 1 adult and 3 children. We got a lovely welcome from reception, and they had already got a room ready with sofa bed in the short time from booking to arrival. Beds were good and comfy. At breakfast there was a guest/group of guests who were making some difficulties for the staff, and we were asked to move by the management whilst they dealt with it. The manager and his team were lovely, and despite the behaviour of the family they looked after us really well. Breakfast was a nice surprise with a great selection of hot and cold food. Overall great value, and a nice stay. Thanks to the manager we met and his team for making our safety a priority in a difficult situation which wasn’t in their control.

The hotel was good, I misjudged the distance to the Kings hall Stoke resulting in expensive trips to and from the railway station, hotel & kings hall. Although uber were reliable. Room warm but overlooking the busy road but not a problem. I didn’t try the breakfast which was included in the price. I would stay there again.

Ideal stay before a visit to Alton Towers
Steve on reception was very welcoming and sorted out the car park and all the details of our stay. He was very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast staff were also very helpful, prompt to clear the tables and ensure we had all we needed. Very handy for Alton Towers where we were running the next day.

It was a very friendly, clean hotel. Room not really big enough for two adults and two teenagers but we only needed a room for one night so it wasn’t too much of a problem. I would book two rooms next time. The sofa bed however was very uncomfortable and the main double bed was very hard. Breakfast was excellent.
