Totally disappointed

Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: The staff
The hotel staff was very unhelpful. When I asked why I didn't have the room that I booked and the staff told me I got what I paid for and walked away from the desk. I was totally shocked I asked to talk to a manager and the lady I was talking to said she was the manager, I asked her why she wasn't wearing a name tag and she said she didn't have to! So I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said he wasn't in until Monday. I was there on Monday and the manager never talked to me! Then then next day I spoke to the day manager who also didn't wear a name tag and she also wouldn't do anything for me! So I asked for the corporate office phone number because I had enough. So when I got home I called the corporate office and told them about the visit and they were totally appalled. They said if I didn't hear from someone within three days to call them back and also if I'm not happy with what they offer to me to give them a call and they would take care of it. I'm just glad that corporate does that!

Needed to relax

Just a quick overnight getaway. Was greeted with a warm fresh baked cookie upon checkin. Parking lot close enough to hotel entrance. After dinner took a swim in the pool. Pool was a bit crowded with loud kids, but they were enjoying themselves. Breakfast buffet was yummy and ample. Quick easy check out.

Nice stay close to restaurant Home

I have been there before Love ❤️ the pool 🏊🏿 and the cookie 🍪 Room spacious and shower lots of warm water I plan next trip soon

Very pleasant hotel.

Clean and comfy hotel with friendly staff and good food. Great place to stay when roads became slippery. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Front desk staff was horrible. Very rude, didn't offer any cookies and although I put in my reservation early check in, she was really snotty.

When we arrived the hotel was being evacuated due to the fire alarms going off. The staff was good and it only took a few minutes to check in after all was cleared

The heat did not work well. It was difficult to maintain a steady temperature.

Clean and fresh smell minute you walk in room

Nice size room. Planned to stay one night on way to ny city. But on way home to Boston got stuck in middle of snow storm. Decided to get off 95 and stay again. no hesitation booking again since night befores experience.

Hotel staffs are very friendly, warm and helpful. Free shuttle service makes it easier to go to places.
