The hotel staff was very unhelpful. When I asked why I didn't have the room that I booked and the staff told me I got what I paid for and walked away from the desk. I was totally shocked I asked to talk to a manager and the lady I was talking to said she was the manager, I asked her why she wasn't wearing a name tag and she said she didn't have to! So I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said he wasn't in until Monday. I was there on Monday and the manager never talked to me! Then then next day I spoke to the day manager who also didn't wear a name tag and she also wouldn't do anything for me! So I asked for the corporate office phone number because I had enough. So when I got home I called the corporate office and told them about the visit and they were totally appalled. They said if I didn't hear from someone within three days to call them back and also if I'm not happy with what they offer to me to give them a call and they would take care of it. I'm just glad that corporate does that!

As you know, I responded to your message as soon as I received it from Hilton. I did not receive any message to call you before that, which has been addressed with my front desk staff. My apologies once again for your experience. I trust you have received the refund I promised to apply to your Expedia account. Thank you for sharing your feedback with me.
