“We hosted our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Retreat in the Woods. Christina was amazing to deal with. Property was amazing and a perfect spot for our get together. The outdoor patio area fit our needs perfectly. Highly recommend this property if you have any large group get together.”

“Cute old house. Modern touches on an old property. The colors and Charlotte mural pics are fun. The sheets, beds, and kitchen were clean. The back shed is only a trundle bed - the listing said something about bunk beds - there aren’t any. The shed also has no water or bathroom just FYI. If it’s weird and sticky feeling, empty the dehumidifier and it turns back on and it’s WAY better out there. Definitely an old shed though - don’t put anyone out there who doesn’t like spiders. “My niece and I had a great time at this lovely lake house! it was roomy, fully stocked, and we had our own private floors, with her having a balcony view of the lake. The neighborhood was very quiet, even though there are many houses nearby. It was a quick 10-minute drive to Aldi.I will definitely book here again in the future!”

“Stayed here to see a show at the neighborhood theater. It was within perfect walking distance, less than half a mile, and had plenty of restaurant options around. The house itself was clean and provided clean linens and towels. I noticed there was not toilet paper when we checked in, but the hosts responded immediately and arrived within minutes to drop some off. Overall a great experience. Such a cute place to stay for a night. ”
