"i stayed in this cabin to enjoy hiking in the gorge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for the term of my stay. Checking in and out was very convenient. Communication with the host was very accommodating. It was a bit of a drive each day to and from my hiking destinations but i would not necessarily allow that to hinder my decision to return to this cabin in the future."

"Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost "

"This is a nice cabin for a couple's retreat. It has a sleeper sofa, but it would get pretty cramped with more than small children. It was clean and well-stocked. The hot tub is quite private and there is a fire pit up the hill adjacent to the rock wall that is also secluded. Enough wood was provided for a couple of small campfires. The front port has a beautiful view of the sunrise to enjoy your morning coffee. The cabin is located on the side of the mountain and there are three flights of stairs to scale to get your gear and groceries inside. Overall, a very nice place for a couple's retreat."
