“I had booked for July 4th and I called the property to let them know that I was going to check in on July 5th when I arrive at the property on July 5th they told me that my reservation was canceled for no show at that time they were asking me for $100 cash deposit for any inconvenience which that never happened at any hotel that has stayed. Then they put me on the room 103 which was never that room they assigned me to the rooms that were never assigned under my name. Room doors they don't seal……

“The pool was closed for the entire weekend, and this was not disclosed on the hotel’s website before we made our reservation. Several guests with children were understandably disappointed, as the pool was the main reason they chose to stay at this hotel. Based on its appearance, the pool looked like it had been closed for quite some time, as the water was very dirty.

“The breakfast selection for Sunday was very slim. It seemed like a lot of the options were not available on Sunday that had been available on Saturday. They ran out of most items and we were down for breakfast at 7:00 am so it wasn’t because we were late getting to breakfast.”
