Pros: clean, nice location
Cons: more options to their continental breakfast
Location: easy access, restful area, not much traffic. Local stores near by. The Village, Monticello, Pine Bluff
easy access to highway and local stores. Pleasant and clean

Nice enough, close to everything but no elevators and our room was on the second floor. NOT cool

The towels were rough and dingy in color

Towels were rough and dingy in color. Other than that it was a nice stay. It was a 20 min drive to the nearest city. But overall a great hotel.....................................

Clean

The area was a goo location but had to ringing the bell to get attended, at some point the manger seemed frustrated for coming to the desk. Wanted to us the computer but seemed there was a problem logging on after several tries. Luckily the other attended at the desk assisted me with all my needs. The general manger seemed less concern with my problem.

Nice quiet hotel but breakfast needs an upgrade

We were in town for a family wedding and the hotel was a nice, quiet place to stay. The pool was a great place for the kids to cool off. Our only complaint was the breakfast. There was no fruit, or yogurt, eggs or even whole wheat bread for toast and only sweet cereal. A few healthier breakfast options would be a great improvement. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel in a small town; however, no elevator.

Pros: Good breakfast. Hard beds.
Cons: Put in an elevator and keep air conditioner in hallway on while people are checking in.
Location: Across from Piggly Wiggly.
Comfortable king room with love seat. Only two floors but wasn't told that there was no elevator. Part of the time the air cnditioner was turned off in the upstairs hallway. Nice outdoor pool. Pretty good breakfast...no fruit or yogurt though. Few places to eat in town.

This hotel will turn both the internet and air off hours before check out bomber!

The air can be turn off after 11:30 a.m. 30 Mins after check out so plenty of time and the Internet is on 24 hours 7 days ... Comfy bed

Our electricity went out so we spent the night at Americas Best Value Inn 12 miles from our home. Room was clean, staff friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative thing I can say is I thought it was a bit too high on room rate. But I gladly paid it rather than sweat the night away!

The hotel was ok for the price. It's the only one in the area. Short on shampoo, soap, in room coffee and the A/C was very loud and difficult to control. Breakfast was ok.
