good location, average staff.Posted Aug 23, 2017
Great location, convenient to old town. Night time staff member who checked us in was very unprofessional and served the most vocal customer first rather than first come first served. Room was only cleaned upon request rather than daily. Staff said we needed to leave room key at reception so cleaners could access which was inconvenient.

Very good hotel, right in the middle of PraguePosted Jun 3, 2017 on Hotels
The location of the hotel is excelent - between the old town square and the Václavské square. The room was v-e-r-y spacious, with separate unit for the children. The staff was very helpful, and did their best to fulfill our requests and needs. The breakfast was good, not more, but with all expected elements - eggs, sausages, vegetables, cornflakes and granola, cheese, etc.

Convenient location, comfortable hotel. Good valuePosted Apr 16, 2017
Pros: Large bedrooms, fridge, staff and the central location. Good value for money.
Cons: At the current rates, it offers what I would expect. If you're here to sight see you don't book an hotel with swimming pools etc.
Location: A guided tour is good value. Go to a folk show and a dark light show. See the Jewish quarter. Take a boat trip. Eat a chimney cake with Nutella.
The hotel is easy to find from the Metro and is very close to all of attractions of the Old Town. You can walk everywhere from here. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and everyone in Prague speaks English which we are so grateful for. The room we had was large and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was also large, no bath but an excellent shower. There was a mini kitchen in the room with a hot plate, sink, fridge, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery. However as in most European hotels, no tea, coffee etc, so bring your own. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site, so no room service, there is,however, a good quality restaurant next door which offers discounts to Residence Leon D'Oro residents. The breakfast was very good indeed. Continental, of course with a range of cheeses and cold meats, hard boiled eggs, salad etc. Lots of bread, cake, fruit, tea coffee, preserves. Fill up!

Very good sized room with a large comfy bed, useful small kitchenette area with kettle, however, no tea / coffee provided or available elsewhere in the hotel.

Great locationPosted Feb 26, 2017 on Orbitz
This hotel was centrally located to Old town square. Located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The down was was the internet is EXTREMELY slow and it appears to be turned off at night.
