After some trouble shooting she had it working which we thought was quite nice. The home was very clean, had all amenities listed and was conveniently located to Brettonwoods Mt. We didn’t need to use the kitchen, but noticed it was tidy and provided what one would need to use it. The bed linens were……

It was a big enough space where we could all be together, but spread out if needed. It looked quite literally brand new...so clean and modern as though it were built yesterday. “This is our 5th annual ski weekend with our young adult children and their friends, and this was a great house for the occasion. It's got all the amenities you could want, including a very well stocked kitchen (had a crockpot!) wood burning fireplace, plenty of comfortable sleeping areas, 3 full bathrooms and a nice game room/loft with pool table and tv. It's about 15 minutes to Bretton Woods (which was fantastic) and the Mt Washington Hotel, which is also fantastic, we had a nice meal at……

“Property was very cozy and immaculate very clean. Very spacious. What was not acceptable was the listing stating the amenities having a pool there is no pool and when I made the listing with Expedia that was one of the important to me to include pool on site as an amenity. Who's to blame for this and should I not get back $400 minimal credit back on my card.”
