"3 star rating because its overpriced hotel! I booked a room with view and when i got there they told me my reservation was for a partial view which clearly does not state that on the booking confirmation. Next, no amenities like was when you walk in, small waiting area so if crowded, standing room, and the worst… MAYS CAFE! They substituted an ingredient that i am allergic too and caused me to have an asthma attack! They acted like it was no big deal, dismissed and no hospitality! The room was nice and the pillows are the best! Room service from the Seafood restaurant was expensive but very good. Could have been great if not so dry and lack of condiments. For a Hilton Boutique hotel very disappointing!"

"Literally almost died from the room being contaminated with synthetic opiates. Im alive thanks to the fire department and 2 doses of narcan. There weren't any towels in the room when i got there. The bed had a twin headboard with a king mattress, every piece of furniture had a stain. The staff was friendly, but didn't offer another room. I wish i picked a different hotel.. "

"The breakfast was delicious and morning staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in was seamless but a little slow. Overall the hotel is getting a bit dated but clean and in a great location!"
