My daughter and I were in town to tour Penn State and visit a friend who is a student there. The Days Inn worked perfect for our needs. We had a place to park, a comfortable room, an easy walk to the campus, and were right downtown. We got to see everything. The young gentleman who checked me in was a bit of a surprise. He had little to offer and focused on the ability to drink in that area when I acknowledged what a great town they had. A bit inappropriate I thought, but I bet he's an exception rather than the norm for their staff--at least I'd like to think so.

Thank you for having taken the time to comment on your recent stay with us at the Hotel of the Year Days Inn Penn State. I am glad to know that you found our hotel well suited for your travel. There is no excuse for treating a guest with anything but the utmost courtesy and I have already worked with the front desk staff dissecting what happened and did some re-training to avoid such incident from taking place in the future. Your sincere feedback is greatly appreciated and we hope to have the privilege of serving you again in the near future.
