Basic, convenient, efficient, not fancy. Staff pleasant. Not much more to say but this survey requested I need to keep typing to get the minimum amount of characters,,,,,,
I needed a place to stay near Penn State for one night, when the other local hotels required a two night stay. The room was far from luxurious, but clean and well equipped (refrigerator, microwave, etc). Decent food options are nearby.
Great, friendly, helpful staff. Attractive room with great bed and pillows and excellent shower. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs is a nice perk. Plus, the coffee is actually pretty good!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast set up was very spread out and comfortable, not cramped like other hotels. We enjoyed our stay!
This was our 6th or 7th annual stay at Best Travel Inn. It is a little motel in a fairly rural area, and it's not fancy, but it is clean and affordable. We have a family reunion in the area, so we were only in the room to sleep, and Best Travel Inn suits us just fine!
This is an old school motel with some modern updates. My room was super clean and the price was very reasonable. All interactions with staff were great. Breakfast was sort of yuck. I would have gladly paid a bit more for better quality food. If you're looking for luxury keep looking but this is a ...
Great location, wonderful atmosphere. Stayed for a conference at the university, and the wife used the time as a mini-vacation. She spent time at the pool, worked out at the fitness center, and then we played golf in the afternoon when I was done. Lovely place.
Great location for sure, a little annoying that they charge $7 for parking and $2 resorts fee. Resort this is not.Staff was friendly, location and generally clean.Pillows are miserably cheap and flat (only 2 per bed), beds are fairly uncomfortable, bathroom fixtures are old and dated and a little ...
It was a place to sleep. If you're looking for something fancy look elsewhere. My bathroom exhaust fan was busted and they're stuck in the 90's with their decor. Other than that, no complaints.
Hotel was booked for football weekend at Penn State. Lots of policy's you have to abide by, didn't feel like I was a guest, but more of a renter. Seemed like the hotel expected people to trash their rooms and not follow the rules. Hotel is basically a place to sleep. No bar, no restaurant, nothing ...
Quick check in. Rooms are quiet. Some of the views are amazing! Free shuttle to anywhere on or just off of campus. Complimentary late check out (had an event in the Gardens Restaurant and checked out at 2 with no additional charge). Friendly staff. Highly recommended!
