The Hotel entrance is through a gas station.

Pros: Employees were pleasant.
Cons: The hotel could benefit from some up-dates, like thicker towels & new bedspreads.
Location: The river is very nice and the farm land is beautiful in the Fall.
The main entrance for this Quality Inn was through a Valero gas station. The rooms need updating. The staff was pleasant and tried their best. The rooms started at $81, which seemed sort of high once I saw the room.

Wedding Stay

Stayed 3 days for a wedding. There was an imprint of the iron burned into the carpet. There's a PC for checking e-mails but no printer (wanted to print my boarding pass). The girls for room service were great--brought extra towels promptly; did turn down service and did a good job of daily service.

Met our expectations.

The hotel met our expectations based on previous reviews. Yes the bathroom is very small. At 5'5", I can touch the ceiling). But the bed was comfy, the location right off the highway was convenient, and the price was right.

Stay here for trips to PSU

Hotel was super clean, bed was comfy and staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that my room was near the housekeeping area on the 2nd floor and housekeeping staff woke me up with loud talking.

Duped.

Pros: Restaurant was okay but there in a small town and therefore good . Great wait staff. Front folks really nice.
Cons: regrout the bathrooms and retile them.
Location: nothing.
I tried to get close to Penn State and the Expedia site said this was 11 miles. It was 29 and a long ride after getting my daughter set in for the night. The bathroom was filthy but not cleanable and the place was noisy. The folks working there were lovely.

Non-smoking rooms should not smell like cigarette

The first thing I noticed when walking into the room was the smell of cigarette smoke. I try to avoid smoking areas as it gives me a headache. I went to the bar to escape the smell however the outdoor sitting area was heavy with the smell as well.
