Great no-frills mountain inn close to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer, both winter and summer. Check-in was prompt and easy, even allowed me to check in a couple hours early at no charge so I could get some runs in on my day of arrival. Stayed here for two weeks, had to change rooms during the stay due to availability, but the change was seamless and the office was able to hold my luggage and I didn’t miss a day of activity. Office is not manned 24 hours a day, but that did not present an issue during my stay. My unit had a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, large shower, remote controlled fireplace, and speedy internet. Perfect for a solo traveler on an extended trip, and the midweek rates are hard to beat.

Love staying here. Our room was spacious and had all the necessities. Fireplaces and spa tubs are a requirement for South Lake. One note is the property needs a little updating.

Great location. Staff is friendly and the rooms were clean. My room had a Kitchen (microwave, full fridge, sink, coffee maker, dishes, etc) which was why I choose Heavenly Inn. I stayed for 5 days, then extended for another 5 days - very good budget tier hotel with excellent location - 5 min walk from Heavenly village, Gondola, Casinos.
