Front Desk Staff

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Front desk staff training
Stayed here as I was on a tight budget for business. Although the room was pretty cramped and sounds from neighbors easily heard through walls, the room itself was relatively clean. Most staff were polite and professional. Exception to this was a woman at the front desk- I had a question about my room billing and instead of even considering my question, immediately told me to look it up myself. I then asked if there was a resource she could refer me to for the answer- she rolled her eyes and repeated for me to find out the answer myself. She then brushed me off and started talking to someone else loudly about her extensive history working in customer service and how difficult it can be to be patient with everyone. Demoralizing experience that while did not represent how professional other staff were, did leave me with a lasting negative impression.

seems like the place is for sleeping only, but room is too small and bed is too short

Our rooms are on the small size, due to the fact we are a New York City property, limiting us to smaller standard sizes. We also have king size beds as an option for future visit. Bed no microwave,no were to put my baby food.heater to close to bed .

Extremely kind staff, but bit far from the ferry

Hotel staff was amazing. So kind and accommodating. I felt very welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The hotel offers free breakfast during special hours and the hotel room was nice and clean. A bit on the small side, but still good. My only issue with the hotel was that they no longer offer any shuttle rides that took guests to and from St. George ferry terminal like it says on its website and numerous travel sites, such as TripAdvisor and Expedia. I ended up having to take an Uber or Lyft to and from the hotel to the ferry during my entire stay and the rides took about 20-30 minutes. I would recommend updating hotel info to say they don’t offer shuttle rides. Overall, good hotel but a bit far from things to do.

Unfortunately we stop this service in the winter and are waiting for these sites to update the information provided. We are however delighted you enjoyed the rest of the amenities and service provided. We start our service in April so please see us again during the Spring/Summer for the free service and so we can provide a perfect stay!!

It was good rooms just are very small. The bed take duo the whole room. So if you just want to sleep perfect place

Room not clean

My room was very dusty, it seems as if housekeeping forgot to dust my room

Small Room

Pros: Front Desk Staff
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom and the towels could be cleaner and newer . MAKE SURE THERE IS NO HAIR LEFT FROM YOUR LAST GUEST.
The room was very small even for to people and the towels were stained and the breakfast lady was very smudge and short when you asked her something . All of your front Desk staff were very nice and the Bed was comfortable ...
