Convenient location!

Not much to be said about this hotel. It’s in a good location that’s right by the freeway, it’s not that noisy from the outside. Inside however.. if you are in the back building of the hotel on the bottom floor, those doors slam soo loud they wake you up in the middle of the night. The handles are loose which makes the doors seem so flimsy. Everything else is okay expect for one thing. To ANY Ramada Management who reads this, PLEASE i cannons stress this enough.. please invest some money into getting Bigger towels. OH MY GOD it’s a struggle to dry yourself off with your little towels that were meant for infants to a small child. A grown adult like myself should need to use 2 towels to fully dry themselves off. Please do something to fix this issue.

Hotel needs to provide breakfast as they state.

I was told breakfast was 6am-10am well I went downstairs at 930 and was told no food left and the only thing they had was coffee. So did we run out of food why state breakfast is until 10am but at 930am there wasn’t even a crumb on a table!

No hot water

Three nights in a row came back to ice water in the shower after a 12 hour art show at a crowded mall. Could not take a shower to thaw out from the cold outside or to wash off the germs from the mall as a result of which I could barely sleep. The rooms were kept clean but the hall corridor smelt of dead fish. There is zero parking past 9 or 10pm ya might as well save yourself some time and park on the street. The continental breakfast is a joke you have a choice between cardboard "sausage and eggs" or grotesque waffles and god forbid you want those or possibly a piece of toast because it takes foreverand you end up with slightly hardened almost stale consistency bread. Overall the only way would stay there again was if it were the last hotel on the island.

Overall was a good hotel, would have prefered better heat or more blankets. Only problem was the card key failed on the third night there and had to be replaced
