Clean, safe, friendly staff, good location (near Shenandoah National Park). Front desk provided free tooth brush and comb (which I forgot to pack). Only shortcoming was breakfast: 8 am no eggs or bacon. Coffee, yogurt, juice and waffles were very good. I recommend comfort inn.

40th Anniversary getaway!

This property met our needs for a one-night stay. We wanted to visit some wineries in Afton during our trip back from Cincinnati, and the Comfort Inn in Waynesboro was convenient and comfortable. It was also a good value considering several hotels in Charlottesville were either booked or had elevated rates due to the VA Tech vs. UVA game that weekend.

Nice hotel near Blue Ridge Parkway
This is a very nice hotel that is close to many restaurants. Easy on and off interstate access as well. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway which brought us to this area. Large clean rooms. Good hot and cold breakfast. Wonderful staff as well with easy checkin

Clean and just what we was expecting.
This hotel was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was everything we needed. Nothing elaborate but all was in working condition and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

While the bathroom sink, tub, and toilet were clean, the water stayed luke-ish warm the first night. My sister, who recommended this hotel had a chat with the front desk the next day about the water temperature in our room. Someone did address the situation bringing the water temperature up to tolerably warm. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and the grout severely discolored in places. Although the room looked relatively clean, it didn't smell clean and there was some sort of weird organic smear on the shear curtain that we couldn't help but see was disturbing. A quick lift of the mattress cover to check for evidence of bed bugs showed a on quick glance no evidence of bedbugs but the mattress corner was soiled with I don't want to know. Would not recommend this property to anyone and very likely will never stay at this chain again.

Property presented clean and well maintained on arrival. Grounds well groomed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived quite early and the staff checked us in and gave us our room keys so we could walk right into the cleaned room immediately after returning from lunch. Room was very clean and nicely appointed, unpretentious and welcoming.
