"This hotel is amazing, and I would absolutely recommend it. My problem is with Hotels.com. Their website glitched when I was booking the room. I ended up being charged for two rooms. It was all the fault of Hotels.com and their faulty website. Now, they are giving me the run around when I asked for a refund, or at least a complimentary night. Once again, this was their fault. Beware using Hotels.com as they don't care about their customers."

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "

"Went down to eat breakfast. The eggs were liquid and uncooked. Then went to get gravy for biscuts and gravy we found a long hair in the gravy. We have stayed here before and never had this issue. The beds do sleep great"
