"While everyone was nice enough, the staff seemed to not have much, if any, training in hospitality or customer service. There was a confusing check-in, as the front desk said we could park under our building, where we'd find luggage carts. Under the building was an open area with no other vehicles parked, and it looked to be used for storage. No luggage carts, but they'd be useless, since there was no elevator. We ultimately parked in the outside spaces. Also, we saw the '8-10 stairs' warning;...

"We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, and our family of four had plenty of room. We were an easy walk to the mountain and took the free shuttle into town for some dinners. We'll definitely book this same unit again."

The unit is on the 3rd floor, which is no problem, but the complex has stairs everywhere and is not super friendly for toddlers or strollers - definitely not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. It was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go in the area and the condo was very nice. It had secure covered parking, and the building had a nice pool and 3 hot tubs that were very lovely."
