Lovely Hotel Lovely staff
I had a wonderful weekend trip to Steamboat with my granddaughters. The staff was great! I received a text from the manager before my stay asking if he could do anything, which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hottub were clean and fun for the kids. The indoor hottub is connected to the pool. So at times not too relaxing. Also the jets in the jacuzzi were weak and not very good for achy muscles. They were out of towels when we got there, and I used the phone there and they sent some down withing about 5-10 minutes. We had breakfast in the restaurant on site, which was good. All the food in Steamboat seems to me to be "pricey". We took a trip to Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and it was so beautiful. We took their shuttle and asked for extra time, which they gave us, but ended up not charging us for. (Don't know if it was a mistake or kindness, but it made me happy). When we unloaded in the room, my granddaughter had wrapped up sandy, shoes which got all over the carpet. I found the maintenance guy working on the washers and asked if I could use a vacuum, since our room was already cleaned. He said he would bring one in a few minutes, which he did. He did all the vacuuming and had a wonderful, respectful attitude while doing it. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was great with good parking and a nice restaurant. It was a couple of miles from so you need to drive to downtown Steamboat.

Very Comfortable, Great Value
The Holiday Inn was very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The price was great too. Would stay here again
