Home away from home

It was a nice fully furnished room, with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was nice to have the option to through in a small batch of laundry before the end of the trip. There were 2 standing fans but the room ran a bit warm at night. Couldn't find a way to cool off the room more.

Lots of staff, very accommodating, friendly and helpful, we arrived and they did not yet have Expedia's reservation but worked diligently to get us checking in from scratch. 1 bedroom suite was huge! very comfortable, definitely would book this again!

Visit was very good overall. Gabriel did our check-in and was very very good. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms during our stay (which we knew about ahead of time). During the switch, the Village helped us move our stuff, which was very helpful. The only negative was that we were told by Gabriel at 10am that our new room was being cleaned and would be ready shortly. Because of the timing, my wife and 3 of 4 kids stayed at the room while my son and I went skiing. 2 1/2 hours later I asked my wife when they were coming and she said the room still isn't ready. I decided to come back and speak to Gabriel personally. At 3 1/2 hours later, our room was still not ready. As I told Gabriel, communication is key. If our room won't be ready until 3pm, tell us that and we will plan accordingly. Just don't tell us it will be ready at 10:30 as we will make our plans accordingly.

Fantastic customer service. Had an early check in and it was no problem. Very easy to locate. The front desk staff were exceptional in that some of my belongings fell out of my vehicle and they were found by a bus driver who very nicely handed them in. I was tracked down as I had already checked out and located to be able to retrieve my lost items. Thank you to everyone involved.
