We were required to do three check-ins. Pre check-in, check-in and then a “you’re almost done” check-in. It took almost 20 minutes, and the third check-in was really just someone taking my personal information for a third time, and asking me to come to their timeshare presentation. I wasn’t there for a presentation; I was there to sleep and hangout with friends after a day of skiing. It was really annoying, especially after spending 3 hours in the car.
The room was nice, but we reserved a room with 2 queens and received a room with a king and a very uncomfortable pullout couch. The fridge froze all of our food/drinks, the heat wouldn’t turn off, so we had to run the AC the whole time, to keep it under 80 degrees. The fan in the living room could only be on if the light was on (the light chain was broken off), so the person on the pullout couldn’t sleep with the fan on; it was still hot, even with the AC running.
The shuttle to the ski resort was great, the shuttle to town was about 10ish minutes away and was nice, the room was definitely good overall, the second hot tub was nice. I can’t speak to the sauna, steam room or other hot tub because they were really busy and we didn’t want to be crowded.
I’d stay there again, as most of the room issues were somewhat comical.
