Dear Yaasir, Thank you for sharing your views regarding our hotel on this platform. It is sad to read of your disappointment, however as we discussed immediately when you checked in. The lack of WiFi was due to power failure which is caused by nationwide load shedding. Our technicians switched the power plug on immediately when you brought it to our attention. Our receptionist who checked you in offered to assist you with carrying your luggage but you mentioned you were fine. Not sure if you heard the offer though as you are mentioning it here that porter service was not offered. We do apologise for miscommunication here. You booked a Premier Collection room which is our entry level. We do advertise these rooms as they are and our pictures on the website are exactly as our rooms look. You mentioned you probably booked a wrong room category as you were expecting a honeymoon suite which we do not have as such although many of our guests prefer to call our Highest room category (Poolside room) as honeymoon suite. We are so sorry for the slowness in service in the bar. A group of wedding guests had just paced their order hence the delay in your service. The smell could have been from the moisture associated with all showers which however goes away with running the taps in the shower.
