The hotel was pretty clean and the breakfast was well stocked and the food was hot.

Smelled and looked clean, but

It smelled and looked clean, but when we were leaving we saw a roach crawling on a bag that we put on the dresser. Staff was friendly. I hope they correct this problem!!

Room needed maintenance.

Hotel needs to be updated in most respects. Carpets are worn and walls need fresh paint. Breakfast eggs were not available at 9:00 when we arrived for breakfast and required 30 minutes to be brought out. Pump pot coffee was Luke warm.

Clean hotel, good location

The rooms were very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants. I’d stay here again!

We stayed here for a college visit for My daughter. Very quick trip. Nice rooms

Pros: Friendliness of staff.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This facility could use a few updates, but it is in good condition overall.

Noisy hotel

Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Staff (front desk) does NOT care about customer service. FIRE all the the front desk staff and get new hires who are dedicated to their customers.
Location: Good location off primary boulevard - lots of fast food and other eateries nearby.
Paper thin walls. One can hear very clear and loud movements from adjacent rooms, even from the floor below. Pointed to staffer about loud noises, which staffer identified coming from the 2nd floor (I was in the 3rd FL.). Issue was not resolved - could not nap or sleep.
