Let's see. When we came in to register the only desk agent was busy with another guest, and it took about 5 inutes before someone else wandered in to register us. When we got to the 1st floor room the door was open and the room was being odor refreshed by a contraption that I unplugged and took to the front desk. The only elevator was broken (no sign of repairs, though). The printer did not work because the toner cartridge needed to be replaced and the desk agent said that he was sorry, but he did not have any toner cartridges to do this. The hotel guest Wifi did not work properly (neither my wife on an Apple tablet nor I on an Android could get it to sign us in. I am not a computer illiterate -- the Wifi needs to be fixed! Fortunately, Xfinity wifi was available, so we used that; but that was not part of the hotel's offering). The free breakfas was the worst I have ever seen. The eggs were terrible and the person taking care of the breakfast room did not put out plates (I took out my own from the stack in the cupboard beneath). The raisin bran was almost empty, but when I mentioned this to the attendant, she just acknowledged it but did nothing to refill it. Don't know why not. In general, the desk staff was lackadaisical and somewhat dismissive. Not unfriendly nor surly, but definitely not warm and welcoming (I couldn't be that either, but that was never my job!). The room was very clean, however, and the hvac worked properly.

I had requested an airport shuttle through the message application on the Orbitz web site - however the shuttle was not there when I arrived. I called and they dispatched one quickly. The elevator was broken. On the positive side, staff are friendly, room is large and comfortable, internet service was good, and it is a very convenient location.

Had to wait 45 minutes for the airport shuttle and even that required two phone calls. The elevator was not working so we had to haul our suitcases up the stairs. They appeared very short-staffed. The buffet breakfast has no heating elements so the eggs, potatoes, and sausage were all cold. Very disappointing and will not stay there again.
