Not so happy
Everything overall was good. The staff was 90% friendly. I set up a 5 night stay. On the third evening, I returned to find that I had no access to my room. I thought security scanners may have wiped off my room key. I went to the front counter to get them fixed but was told I was not in their system and was told I never checked in. The man who checked me in was standing at the front counter, He acted like he never saw me before, when we had waved at each other or spoken 3-4 times each day. There were around 20 people in line, at 5-10 minutes for each person. So, My 70 year old mother stood tired at our hotel room door for over an hour and she could not leave our stuff to come find me. The girl at the front counter was very rude about this issue, I guess because I cut in line when I thought my card just needed fixed. I was more worried about my mom than to stand in line for an hour. Out of around 20 people in line, almost all of them returned with cards that did not work, and they cut into the line and were taken care of immediately. I'm very disappointed because we could have lost everything if they cleaned our room. I was also charged another incidental fee when they checked me back in. There was nothing wrong with anything else though. I recommend staying there overall. I just think their system might be broken.
