Very dirty and gross room. Rust in the bottom of the tub and mold around the walls in the bathroom. I told them when leaving and never got even an appology. I would avoid at all costs. I didnt even want to stay and sleep there, but by the time we got there it was later. Pay alittle more for a better place. Definitely should not be allowed open and should be shut down. We avoided the complimentary breakfast.

Convenient just off the interstate. Accommodated with a quiet room as asked, but room had some maintenance issues as I reported at check out so hopefully they will get repaired. Room was middle ground on cleanliness. I realize that this place could be short staffed and on time crunch but maybe could schedule a few rooms a day to deep clean. Have stayed here before and miss the biscuits & gravy for breakfast but Covid has hurt on a lot of things. Overall it was an Average Stay & appreciate the bed for the night stay as we passed through Colorado.

The pool is under construction or not working, and most all rooms are very far away from the lobby so you have to enter through a sketchy stairwell in the back that is very unsafe feeling and the lobby is all creaking wood on the hallways mainly, so it looks like you’re in motel about-to-die type.

This property advertises a pool but it is not in use. The rooms have heaters but the rest of the building is not heated. We had a very chilly stay. It was warm by the waffle iron so it was nice to have waffles and hot coffee. I would not stay again.

Hotel room was old and the bed was awful king size bed that I couldn’t get out of the center of as it was so warm out I kept rolling to the pit in the middle. Not a very good night of sleep unfortunately.

Was greeted by a staff member ranting about how bad the company was and that it didn't care about employees. Was given a 1st floor room on back of hotel next to off ramp of the interstate. Was woken by semi jake brakes and loud rap music being played in the parking lot. Middle if the night there was a fight in the parking lot outside my window. Room was in bad shape. Paint was missing holea in the drywall were patched with duct tape, coffee maker spewed coffee out the filtwr all over the counter. Door barely shut. Pool was out of order. Back door of building didn't shut. Water was pouring onto sidewalk from ac unit. The sidewalk was green from the drainage.

The front desk attendant was really friendly. He was very helpful. I appreciate this is a pet friendly hotel, as we sometimes have to travel with our dog, however I can't begin to describe how rancid our room smell was. Couldn't figure out if it was cat or human pee smell. Regardless, the room was almost unbearable. I'm going to give them the benefit that we were given a pet friendly room that was soon due for a carpet and pad change. The shower did fluctuate between hot and cold, and the shower head was at a perfect height for someone who is 4'5". This was a desperation stay so I won't complain too much, but again if there is ANYTHING you can do to help with the smell in the pet friendly rooms, please consider it. Even having a timed room deodorizer would help tremendously.

The staff were very nice. The outer doors do not lock. It was a bit dark around the building and close to a correctional facility. It appeared people had made this a permanent residance in some instances. The property was run down. I think the prices were high for what we got. No screens on the windows. We couldn't get an extra blanket because the maid took the keys to the laundry area home. The bedding was clean and so were the towels, toilet and tub. The pool is not going to be re-opened.

First two rooms we were given had hair and dirt in sink, apparently the plumbing backed up. Third room where we ultimately stayed , we discovered bed bugs on the second night in one of the queen beds. Eek! Reported to staff who did not seem overly concerned. I would stay far away from this hotel! Outside door at end of hall was not locked, anyone could walk in. Phone to call front desk did not connect. Rooms are not made up or new towels left unless requested. Was not aware of this. Apparently since Covid, they do not provide that service. Gentleman at front desk was helpful which was the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

Room wasnt dirty, but wasnt clean either. Bathroom was not clean and tub dripped. Property seems old and run down. The Comfort Inn across the street is much better. Blikely will not stay at Super 8 again.

I needed accessible bathroom. That is not what I got. The people who designed the accessible bathrooms didn't know what they were doing. If I was 5'4" or shorter, the toilet would have been fine. It was so close to the ground and the bars were so high it was almost impossible to use.

We had dirty towels in our bathroom and bugs in the room! A beetle crawled over my foot while I brushed my teeth! We only stayed for a few hours while driving, if this was for any longer we would have left!

The staff was very unprofessional upon our entrance. They were discussing issues in front of us and we had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Secondly, there were no locks on the outer doors. Thirdly, the property outside needs some serious landscaping and cleanup. Fourthly, there were no screens on our windows. It was very noisy in the hallways, we could hear other conversations. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to any especailly for $150 a night. I would like to get a refund! Thank you!

Older property that has not been maintained. Dirty room and facility - wall had something splattered on it and it was obvious they don't vacuum (didn't feel comfortable taking shoes off). There were weeds and trash around the outside of the building. When "Joe Dirt" checked us in he acted like we were annoying him by being there.

Disappointed to say the least.
For the price of a room that I paid for, im extremely disappointed. When we arrived, we sat around waiting for someone to show up and check us in for almost 20 minutes - she ended up walking from another hotel nearby, didn’t apologize for having us wait or anything. Although she was extremely nice, I would have appreciated an apology since we had been driving all day and were ready to relax. Our room overall looked decently clean….. until we noticed dead bugs in the corners of the room and bathroom. I had my 1 year old with me and to keep him distracted from getting to these bugs, we had to block off corners with our luggage and shut the bathroom door. On top of the fact that our toilet did not flush one bit, we had to be careful how we used the toilet and what we did in it. We couldn’t put any toilet paper in it so obviously we put it in the trash can. Then we were up and down all night because the person above us just kept walking around the whole time keeping us awake.

The place looked unloved and ignored. Garbage cans around the facility were full and trash was piled on the ground. Window were dirty, outside doors did not lock, some did not even fully closed. This did not make me feel safe at all especially as this location is located next to a prison. Swimming pool was empty and dirty. Mens room was dirty and smelly. Night person was unfriendly. Our actual room was ok but rest of place was terrible dirty, noisy. Landscaping had been ignored for a long time, bushes have grown over the room windows on first floor, another security issue. Breakfast was adequate. Daytime staff at desk was friendly enough but not enough to get me back again. Has made me leery of Super 8’s in general.
