Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: see above problems
There was no water in the pool. The fitness room had a Keep Out sign. The curtains didn't close very well. There was a lot of hallway light shining thru on all sides of the room door.

Nightmare

We had water backing up in our sink from upstairs room. Was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Happened at 11pm and 5am. Had an unhappy 5 months along pregnant wife, 3 year old daughter, and myself. Hotel wouldn't refund money. Haven't heard from Expedia. Not happy.

Annual hunting trip to Sterling

Pros: Pet friendly, out of the way by itself is nice.
Cons: Bathrooms can always be improved with new tile.
Location: A good staging area for bird hunting, close to the highway.
I have been going to this place for over 20 yrs being pet friendly, it has greatly improved over the last 4 years and the staff is working hard to even improve further. The bed and room while not fancy as more then adequate. New carpet and paint was a welcome addition this trip.

Motel 6 does not have free wifi, its $3 for a 24 hr period.

Was not at all happy with this hotel. Pool was under renovation. Room was really old. Lots of stains on carpet et .

Hotel was under construction and did not meet any of our expectations of a nice place to stay even for 1 night.

Clean, comfortable, affordable

Surprisingly clean rooms and common areas. It's obviously an older motel but has been updated. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the free breakfast.

The desk, chair, internet connection were great. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature using the heater/air conditioner. While it looked like some of the furniture and plumbing fixtures were fairly new, the carpet was old, worn, and not very clean. I requested a wake-up call that I never received.
