Staff on duty was phenomenal! Check in was an absolute breeze and she was so friendly!! After dinner out, my kiddo went swimming with dance friends and I was amazed and grateful for the staffs willingness and ability to calm down multiple complaints on other guests in the pool. Staff was kind and professional. Will definitely be back for future dance competitions!

Your feedback is invaluable, and we want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent check-in at our hotel.We deeply regret that our front desk staff was not able to check you or your party in at the proper check-in time. I sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this delay may have caused you. However, please allow me to explain the reason why this occured.Due to the Polar Express event, we experienced an unprecedented influx of guests, leading to the entire hotel checking out and checking back in multiple times. This, coupled with the unexpected credit card system issue, created a situation that was both unusual and demanding for our team. Additionally, depending upon check-outs times for guests, our housekeeping team had a limited window of 4-5 hours to complete the cleaning of 74 rooms before the 3:00 pm check-in time. While this is not an excuse for the lapses in service, we hope it provides insight into the unique circumstances we were managing.Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve, and we thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We would like to assure you that we are taking immediate steps to rectify these issues and enhance our service.If there is anything specific you would like us to address or if you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We genuinely value your patronage and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay.Thank you for your understanding.

what an amazing stay wish it was longer, everything from the front desk at check in, staff in the halways and during breakfast, the staff where always friendly and had a smile on, breakfast was amazing and fully stocked with a huge selection of to fill the bellys of even a pickey 6 year old, this is how all ramadas should be like. thank you so much for making sure our stay was perfect, will definitely be back!!!

The continental breakfast is one of the worst I’ve been to. When I told the attendant that the creamer for the coffee was curdled, she just poured new creamer into the same container… Our pull out bed was awful with a very thin blanket and no proper sheet, the room was very dirty.

Management needs to do some work.
We stayed at this hotel in November last year and really enjoyed it. This year was completely different. 1. Upon entry, there is a sign saying no rude comments they are doing their best. 2. There is no one at the front desk. We rang a bell, and a lady came out and said “Yes?” To which we replied we wanted to check in and we were treated as if checking in was a hassle. 3. 2 members of our parties rooms were not ready. 1 got in at 3:30, us at 4, and the other group room wasn’t ready until 8pm and they have a baby. 4. There was just 1 housekeeper working. She was working so hard, but was obviously stressed and overworked. 5. It is looking really run down. Carpets worn, and look bleached. Everything looks old.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many options and the staff were on top of refilling the options as the morning went along. We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that the pool was closed due to scheduled maintenance. If it's scheduled, it should have been clearly listed at booking. Fortunately, we were able to use the pool at a nearby hotel.

This property was amazing. I was there for personal and wish i brought my kids. Staff was wonderful, free breakfast was amazing, the pool and hot tub were so clean and warm. The rooms were very clean, it was above and beyond my expectations. Enjoyed every minute

The first night was noisy as there must have been kids above our suite. We were in an executive suite. The pool was not enjoyable as noisy unruly kids screaming and parents let them. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Hotel staff was excellent. Most people complained about room prices. We were at a family reunion. It was an ok stay all together.
